  • This magnificent apartment with magnificent views of the golf course was completely refurbished and modernized in late 2020.
    2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large bright living room, large open kitchen. Capacity 4 people.
    5 community swimming pools are accessible and a jacuzzi.
    The Las Ramblas golf area is peaceful, very green and close to everything.

    You are 35 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, for a relaxing holiday in a sunny and idyllic setting.
    5 Beaches just 10 minutes by car.
    5 golf courses nearby, max. 10 minutes by car, Las Ramblas golf course 5 minutes away on foot, bike or walking tours along the canal next to the apartment and countless culinary discoveries (Spanish, Argentinian, Asian, Indian, French restaurants, etc.) will enchant you.

    Mandatory cleaning with anti-Covid protocol is provided. The cost is 70 € including linens and bath towels. The beds are made upon arrival.

    5 large swimming pools and small swimming pools with showers and a jacuzzi surrounded by large palm trees and other tropical plants which make it an ideal place for relaxation.

    This region has a lot to offer in terms of catering.
    The nearest restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks are a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive.

    Less than ten minutes by car, you will find the La Zenia Boulevard Oriuhela Costa shopping center (opened in September 2012), which houses 180 stores and has ample indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired by the US Open Mall, you will find fashion stores, telephone, DIY, household appliances, restaurants, bars, Auchan hypermarket, bowling alley and a large playground for children.
    It is open to the public Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (with the exception of bowling and restaurants, which will remain open later).

    All offer clubhouse facilities and restaurants. Within 15 minutes by car are the courses of La Finca and Vistabella, the most recent courses in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s spacious with 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen with amazing appliances, and everything you need is provided. The pool was perfect and made our holiday even better.You do need a car hire to make the most of staying here, but that just adds to the convenience of exploring the area. Overall, we couldn’t fault it – a perfect stay!

Very well equipped apartment

We stayed here for 14 days and we enjoyed it every day.The apartment is very well equipped and the distance to Las Ramblas Golfcourse is a short one. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Last but not least the support from Carolyn on site was excellent.

El apartamento genial

El apartamento genial y no le faltaba detalle, buena ubicación con vistas al campo de golf, por poner alguna pega aunque ya lo sabíamos al reservar es que dependes del coche aunque tienes todo (comercios, playas y todo lo necesario a menos de 10 minutos). Las piscinas muy bien y hay una en la puerta de la casa y el jacuzzy 10 metros más adelante.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu Carolyn, unserer Ansprechperson vor Ort, hat bestens funktioniert. Wir würden das Apartment sofort wieder buchen. Die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Golfplatz war ausgesprochen angenehm.

Lägenheten var trevlig och välutrustad, trevlig bemötande av ägaren. Att ha en bil är ett måste, lungt område och trevliga pooler. Vi besökte många olika stränder i området allt från 5 minuter till 45 minuter från bostaden. Kan varmt rekommendera lägenheten vi hyrde. Muchas gracias por todo ! Enrique Y familia

Appartement très bien équipé. Joliment décoré. Très belle vue depuis la terrasse sur le golf et les pins .accueil très sympathique de la part de Julie et Tony. Toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Il est indispensable d avoir une voiture . Seul petit bémol la promiscuité de la terrasse si il y a quelq un a côté ( ce que nous n avons pas eut))

Easter break

The property was very much as described on the VRBO website, although one or two of the pictures were slightly misleading.Overall the accommodation was first class. The only problem that we had - a couple of broken sun beds - was resolved in less than 24 hours by Carolyn. It would have been nice to have a few additional pillows for the beds. Other than that we found everything that we needed. The position is a little out of the way and a car is essential, but for us the proximity to Las Ramblas golf club was a bonus and we were able to enjoy a few meals at the club, as well as using the driving range.Overall an excellent experience, which we may well repeat again in the future.

Super Apartment

A well appointed appointed appartement, everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. Even gave us beach towels (on top of bathroom ones), which was thoughtful. The kitchen very well equipped with dishwasher and a washing machine. The south facing balcony over looking the Pune trees of the golf course was delightfully peaceful and warm. The pool we used was 5 mins walk from the house and a secluded spot over looking the pines. Lovely. Even though it was October we still had a swim. The jacuzzi was a novelty too. A super appartient. Definitely need a car to get to shops (1.5miles away) and the beaches closest ones which are about 12 mins by car. A great spot if you love playing Golf too. would recommend to golfers.

Fantastic appartement in Orihuela Costa

We had 14 good days in a fully equipped appartement in Las Ramblas. It was nice decorated and we did not miss anything. The area is quiet and the pools are very good. It is necessary to have a car if you want to go to the restaurants, the supermarket and the beaches. The host and his crew Julie and Tony are kind and replyes your questions very friendly. I can only recommend this appartement.
