  • El estudio acaba de ser renovado después del paso del huracán IRMA y está disponible nuevamente desde el 23 de diciembre. Se encuentra en el corazón del pueblo de Orient Bay, a 3 minutos a pie de la playa más hermosa de la isla y de la plaza del pueblo en un parque cerrado y seguro.
    Sitio ideal para vacaciones tranquilas, deportivas o animadas. Todo está planeado para que tengas unas vacaciones de ensueño. La playa, los restaurantes, las tiendas locales e incluso las actividades náuticas están a menos de 5 minutos a pie del estudio.
    El estudio está ubicado en una residencia muy tranquila en la planta baja con vista a una piscina (muy poco concurrida porque la residencia tiene un 95% de residentes durante todo el año). El estudio se compone de una entrada, una sala principal con cocina americana totalmente equipada, un baño, armarios, una terraza (terraza cubierta) con sala de estar y mesa de jardín, así como un pequeño jardín. con sillón. Encontrará la comodidad de su vida diaria con un televisor de pantalla plana, conexión a internet, barbacoa, estacionamiento, etc.
    Muy buen servicio para este estudio renovado y planeado para 2 personas (se puede agregar 1 cuna o niño).
    Consejos del propietario
    El estudio está idealmente ubicado para disfrutar de la playa y la animada atmósfera de San Martín.
    Los propietarios le darán una cálida bienvenida y lo harán beneficiarse de su conocimiento de la isla y sus alrededores y de sus buenas direcciones: playas, actividades, restaurantes, excursiones marítimas, etc.
    También pueden ponerlo en contacto con compañías de alquiler de vehículos que lo recogerán en el aeropuerto tan pronto como llegue. Vacaciones tranquilas y sin preocupaciones !!!
    El alquiler incluye toallas, baño, limpieza a mitad y final de la estancia.

Delphine a été très accommodante, le studio est très bien situé, très propre et au calme. Il n’est pas nécessaire de louer de voiture, tout est à distance de marche. Je n’hésiterai pas à y retourner ou à y envoyer mes clients, amis et famille. Merci pour notre merveilleux séjour!

This is our 3rd or 4th stay and it has always been perfection. This year I had an accident on the island. And unfortunately the pool isn’t user friendly. No handrails and the first step is real deep. But the property is well kept, and the owner of the unit is always available if you need them. I give it 5 stars and highly recommended

fun in the sun

This was our second time staying here. We loved how close it is to Orient beach , the restaurants and the local stores. The backyard is pretty and quiet . The pool is great to get some sun and swim in . Delphine is wonderful to work with .

This little cozy place was in the perfect location. We did not rent a car but we did not need one. All the restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. We will be back and saying here. The check in was easy once we found it ( cab dropped us off at wrong location). It was clean and just as pictures show.

This is our second time staying in this unit. And it was amazing. It’s very very clean and well equipped to make it a comfortable stay. The owners were extremely friendly and easy to contact. We are hoping to be able to return to this unit for another vacation. I highly recommend this property

We had an amazing stay & everything about the property was excellent. Everything we wanted was a very short 1-2 block walk away! Groceries, bakeries, amazing restaurants, & of course the beautiful beach too! The pool was refreshing each afternoon & a parking spot right out front for the rental car we didn't even need was handy too. I can't wait to come back again!! Our host's communication was fantastic too. Thank you, Delphine!

A beautiful piece of paradise

This is our third time renting this unit. It has been everything we expected it to be. It felt like coming home again. We already have booked this unit for next year. The host is available whenever needed, but staying here repeatedly we are pretty self sufficient. The location is perfect , beaches , restaurants , groceries. Until next year…..

Perfect place, perfect location and great swimming pool

Our third stay in St Martin went perfectly with a few days in Les Lataniers and the studio is just perfect for a couple willing to enjoy the island and enjoy Orient Bay. A few minutes from the beach and all the restaurants, in a very quiet street and facing the pool residence (very quiet as it is used by a few residents), we can't wait to come again. The studio is clean, perfectly equiped with an efficient wifi, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, beach towels...nothing is missing. The host is really nice and inquired to check if we were nicely installed so it is an overall excellent renting experience.

Perfection!

We loved every day of our stay! This condo is in a perfect location, in relation to shops, restaurants, and beach. We loved our short walks to everything we wanted to do in Orient Bay. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. If you’re concerned about having a washing machine but no dryer for laundry, don’t be. Our towels and clothing dried in no time since this island is arid. We packed in carry on luggage for a week’s stay because we knew we could wash our clothes. It worked like a charm! The pool was quiet and I didn’t even have to share when I swam laps every evening. The entire area is quiet, safe, and friendly. We only had one question for our hosts, Delphine & Christophe, and it was answered immediately. They’re attentive and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We’re already talking about dates for our return trip!

Fantistic Stay in Orient Bay

This was our very first time to St. Martin and Orient Bay. We arrived in the afternoon and immediately met the friendly property owner Delphine. Delphine was very helpful with all our questions and quickly responded to new requests. Everything was clean and comfortable with all the necessities we needed for our week-long stay, and the property was exactly as the photos reflect. We also enjoyed the community pool in the late afternoons, just a few steps away from our patio. The property is literally a 3-minute walk to Orient Beach and 2-minute walk to some little shops, like the friendly “Good Morning Café” and many amazing restaurants. It’ couldn’t have been more convenient for us. We absolutely fell in love with the quiet and safe little neighborhood, the apartment and all the friendly people we’re encountered during our stay. We can’t wait to return to this little gem. Oh yes, something else not related to the property, but worthy of mentioning. If you have a chance check out Delphine’s design creations. We ran into her at Mardi de Grand Case on Tuesday nights, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise for us. We were very impressed.

St Martin Getaway

The property was in an excellent location for the beaches, restaurants and store. The hosts were immediately responsive to any issues and or requests. The condo was very comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely return again.

Stay in orient Bay

The property was clean,exactly what we were looking for and it was very close to the beach. The property owners were great. They even shared chairs and a cooler which was truly appreciated. Un gros merci à Delphine et Christophe :)

A Hidden Oasis!

We are regular visitors to French St. Martin and our stay at this spot was above our expectation! The location was perfect, near beach, restaurants, grocery and coffee and croissants in am! Delphine out host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back very soon!

Amazing Experience

The property was as described (no surprises). It was clean and basic necessities were provided. The location was great - very quick walk to the beach and bakery/convenience store/restuarants. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood at all times. The pool was lovely, and just steps away. Christophe and Delphine were kind and friendly- both made the effort to stop by and greet us, and helped to get us settled. They were incredibly responsive with quick answers to our questions. We hope to be able to repeat our stay some day.

Vacances en baie orientale

Super sejour sur la Baie orientale. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé a quelques minutes a pied des restaurants et de la plage. Son agencement est de qualité et la piscine attenante que tu bonheur. Sandrine nous a accueillie avec un joli sourire fort agréable. Un grand merci pour tout. A bientôt. Frédéric
