PRINCESS MAHAULT (completely renovated), feet in the water ... is ideally placed on the most beautiful beach of St Martin: Orient Bay Resort.
In the heart of a quiet and renovated residence after the passage of cyclone IRMA, the apartment has direct access to the beach and the swimming pool.

Directly located on the beach in the first line, spacious (100 m2 + 40 m2 covered terrace + 35 m2 of uncovered terrace), PRINCESS MAHAULT is at the end of a luxurious renovation and will offer you:
- 2 master suites with very comfortable bedrooms (One with King size bed, comfortable bedding, the other with two beds that make a king size (very comfortable bedding) by bringing them together (possibility of 2 children therefore), open onto a tropical garden. They each have air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a smart TV, a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom (West Indian shower).
- 1 large modern and luxurious living room (air conditioning and ceiling fan), Smart TV, fiber internet ..
- 1 new fitted kitchen: us fridge, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso and everything you need…
- 1 indoor dining area (air conditioning and ceiling fan)
- 1 large terrace with an outdoor lounge and a table for 6 that you can close with shutters.
- code opening and closing to prevent you from taking your keys and thus being able to stroll on the beach…
- 1 large private terrace and a tropical garden in front of your accommodation

For your pleasure, the beach offers you many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, diving in our turquoise waters .... if you prefer lazing around: the deckchairs of Orient Bay beaches will stretch your arms out !

The various restaurants on the beach or in the village square will open their doors to you: you can taste local products or other specialties.

You are also 5 minutes from the typical bay of Cul de Sac: a local boat awaits you there to transport you to your dream….

Has to be one the best places to stay on Orient Beach!

The property is updated, clean, and well appointed! The hosts are friendly and easy to deal with… and the location just can’t be beat! Literally steps from the beach!

Orient Beach / Princess Condos

Truly a wonderful place to stay!! You can either walk around out the back and there you are right on the beach which is directly near a place to eat lunch or dinner. OR you can drive a bit further down the road to experience all of what Orient beach offers such as: Water sports, dining, boutique shopping, beverages and of course beautiful beaches. The condo has an outdoor deck area. The sliding doors can open which gives the feel of a much bigger space. The yard is fenced in for privacy. Outside there is pool to enjoy as well. Having a washer / dryer was a bonus!! New TV, appliances with a large freezer was terrific! Martin was quick to respond to any questions that we had during our stay. This is a MUST to book - Look forward to coming back!!

Slice of Heaven on the Beach

Well appointed property. Beautiful furnishings. Perfect location for beach and multiple restaurants. Loved the privacy of the outdoor space! Well stocked kitchen . Wonderful week.

Wow ... perfection!

This property itself was GREAT! And the owner, Martin, was simply DELIGHTFUL ... SO eager to help us in every way!!! The home is immaculate and perfectly located. We had such lovely walks on the beach, but enjoyed some beautiful "porch time" listening to the ocean waves while enjoying our coffee!!! Excellent restaurants are also within an easy walk! We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Fantastic week in St Martin

The property was exactly as it was advertised. Great location. Very clean. Very comfortable. Pierre was fantastic in that he was waiting for us upon arrival and replied to any texts/emails almost immediately. My wife and I would definitely stay there again! Only complaint is we only stayed for a week...should have stayed longer!

Great condo and host

My husband and I stayed for 8 weeks in Princess Mahault. The condo is lovely, the location is right on the beach and Pierre Yves and Virginie are fabulous hosts! The communication with the hosts is stellar, the huge covered veranda is wonderful, the bed is comfortable and parking is easy. You will love it!

Lovely Villa!

Absolutely lovely villa... Well appointed and immaculate. We have stayed all over the the island, this place was perfect by far our best stay. A very spacious open kitchen, living area that is beautifully decorated with crafted wood details throughout. You can spend hours on the deck drinking your morning coffee. Martin the owner & his wife were terrific hosts. It was hard to leave! J'ai hâte que nous revenions Merci

Amazing place right on the beach

What a great spot and so convenient. Such a comfortable place if you want to sleep in on be on the beach at dawn. It'll appeal to folks who enjoy the quiet and is right near the action for those that want to enjoy all the water sports Orient offers. Can't wait to stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot, on St. Martin

We stayed at Princess Mahault for the whole month of February, 2020. What a terrific place to stay! It is clean and modern. The location is great - on the beach and close to all the wonderful restaurants. The owners are terrific people. They responded to every question and request without hesitation. We would, absolutely, stay in this unit, again. Loved it!
