DIRECT BEACH ACCESS
The beach is only a 50-meter walk from the Princess Anouk apartment.

You will be very close to Bikini, Coco Beach, and WAI Beach. You can enjoy their loungers, beach bars, and restaurants.

You can also walk along the beach to nearby shops and the village square of Orient Bay with its restaurants.

MAGNIFICENT SEA VIEW
From the large living room or the spacious terrace located on the first floor, the sea view is stunning.

There are no buildings between the apartment and the beach, just a small, non-intrusive parking area.

BENEFICIAL TRADE WINDS
The location of the large terrace of Princess Anouk facing the sea allows you to enjoy the benefits of the trade winds, which will protect you from mosquitoes and periods of intense heat.

LARGE SWIMMING POOL
From the side of the terrace, you can see the large and clean pool of the residence. The pool’s noise won’t disturb you but will allow you to keep an eye on your children if needed.

SECURE RESIDENCE
Caribbean Princess is one of the few fully enclosed residences in Orient Bay. Access to the residence is through one of the 3 gates equipped with a keypad.

The apartment is equipped with a water tank, which is very useful in case of potential water cuts.

Amazing location

This is the second time we have stayed in Princess Anouk, with another trip already planned. You can’t beat the location, steps from the beach with the sound of the ocean just by opening the sliding doors. Minutes to some of the best dining I’ve ever had.. Le Piment has the best food. Our plan is to go back every year!

Amazing Views and Great Location!!

Wonderful Villa...We had everything we needed for 8 nights. Owner and Property Manager Alex, were terrific! Would highly recommend and come back again. Loved that we could walk to some incredible French restaurants and beach bars.

Perfection in Paradise

We had a magical holiday at Princess Anouk. The property was beautiful, tidy, and ideally located. Just steps away from everything you’d want. When returning to St.Martin I wouldn’t stay anywhere else because this rental property is perfection.

Location, location, location!!

This unit is the best on Orient Beach! The view from the balcony cannot be bought! Priceless!! The check in was very easy. The owners were accommodating and easy to reach. The unit was well stocked with all we could possibly want. It waa clean and just beautiful!

Wonderful stay

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Princess Anouk! The property looks exactly as pictured and the location cannot be beat. Easy access to restaurants, beach bars and shopping. We definitely hope to return!

Great getaway spot

Visited with my 2 daughters, 11 and 16 years old. Wonderful beachfront location, near multiple beach day accommodations, neighbors to Coco Beach where we had a great open-air lunch (note: Coco Beach had a raging dance party one evening, which was loud, but it is one night per week only and ended at 10pm sharp). Nice, shared pool to change pace from the beach. House was generously sized, well decorated and appointed. Hope to return.

A wonderful stay at Orient Bay

This was our second trip in two years to the Caribbean Princess condo. The Princess Anouk has an amazing location on the second floor of the building overlooking the sea with a wonderful balcony. You are close to several great restaurants and other amenities such as a grocery store in Orient Bay village. You are a short drive from other great restaurants in Grand Case and the Super U supermarket where you can get everything you need. There are water sports right on the Orient Bay beach and in nearby Anse Marcel. There are a number of great beach clubs just steps from the condo. The unit is well furnished and very comfortable. There is a pool conveniently located downstairs which is especially nice for families with younger children. Finally, I can't say enough good things about our hosts Gilles and his son Alex who checked us in and gave us a comprehensive orientation to the apartment. Alex also answered our question about watersports. We hope to be back next year

Excellent Property

This condo is very nice with excellent amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. 5 minute drive to the supermarket and other shopping. Very nice and I highly recommend the property.

Amazing property in paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed this amazing property. The accommodations and check-in could not have been easier, Gilles and Daphne are excellent hosts. The location was perfect & grocery store and breakfast pastry breakfast spot was just a short walk away. Clean beaches, pristine water, very nice pool. Spacious balcony. It just had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

This VRBO listing is exactly as the pictures listed, and in the perfect location! Beachfront property with restaurants all in walking distance. Communication with owner about minor details was always responsive. The only suggestion/recommendation I would give is maybe supplying some wall hooks in the one bathroom for towels and possibly some by front door to hang beach bags/purses, etc. Other than that it was perfect!!!

Simply wonderful!

We stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful stay. The property manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. The rental is located on one of the island's most beautiful beaches. Everything from restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets are nearby. It's well-equipped, very clean, beds and bedding were comfy. It looks exactly like the pictures. The view of the beach was phenomenal, I would definitely stay again!

Great Condo, Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. We had no issues and have to say it was a great location and a great condo. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this location. The owners are great and very responsive. We had a great time.
