Welcome to Sun&Fun, a superb sea-view apartment located in the fully renovated Alamanda residence in Orient-Bay, one of St. Martin's most sought-after spots.

This duplex comprises two bedrooms on the first floor: a master bedroom with sea view, double bed and walk-in closet, and another master bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet and TV.

Between the two is a shower room with toilet and walk-in shower.

Just before the living room you'll find the second, very spacious shower room with toilet and walk-in shower.

Fun&Sun boasts a beautiful, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a space designed in Creole colors and opening onto a superb terrace.

To ensure your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.
All linen, towels and beach towels are provided, as is free wifi access.

And because we're thinking of you, you'll also be provided with shampoo, shower gel and body lotion on arrival.

You'll be transported by the tranquility of this place as you contemplate the breathtaking panorama.
When you leave the apartment, you can take a stroll along the island's most beautiful beach, enjoy a cocktail at a beach bar with white sand and turquoise sea, or take advantage of the residence's brand-new, secure swimming pool and enjoy the nightlife with its many restaurants.

Superb! This was a wonderful apartment in a perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and steps to the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the terrace. The apartment was very clean, and everything you need is provided to start your vacation. Sarah was very responsive to any of our questions.We are definatly going back.

The absolute best

Everything about this rental was amazing. Sara made the check in and out process a breeze, the apartment was nicer than we imagined. You are within walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the island. We are already planning our trip back.
Balcony faces east, postcard perfect picture every morning of the sunrise!

This VRBO rental was the smoothest one we ever had. The property manager Sarah could not have been more helpful. The property was perfect - exceeded all expectations.

Amazing Spot!

This was our first visit to Saint Martin and we loved it! Everyone was so friendly and the food was fantastic. The apartment was super close to the beach and restaurants. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The AC worked great. Sarah was wonderful to communicate with. She was caring and attentive to all questions. We can only think of wonderful and positive things to say about this place and the island. Recommendations/Advice-We loved ziplining and got there super early to avoid the lines. -Ocean82 restaurant was not worth the hype. The restaurants right there in Orient Beach were better in our humble foodie opinions.-If you like cold drinks with ice bring a stainless steel cup and have the bartenders put your drink in there. We saw people do this and wish we had too. Ice melts very quickly in plastic cups when it's 85 degrees.-We went to Bikini Beach every other day and rented chairs. That is the way to go! You have an umbrella. bathroom, and excellent food and drinks. There are multiple other chair rental/restaurants up and down the beach but we were so happy there and the food was incredible so we just kept going back. -We saw no bugs at all in the apartment or during the day outside. But at night at dinner in the outside restaurants bugs will find you. Bring strong bug spray and anti-itch cream. Once we figured out to coat our ankles in bug spray we were fine!Hope to be back very soon!

Fun in the Sun

Just a few yards to the beach. Just a few hundred feet to the Village Square and French restaurants. Very good place to stay we would do it again.
