Beautiful and cozy rambler in the heart of Orem! This property is a 6-minute walk (0.2 miles) from Westmore Park; perfect or kids who want to burn some energy. Only a 6-minute drive (1.3 miles) to Vasa Fitness Center. If Vasa isn't your scene, there are other fitness center alternatives as well as Rec Centers nearby. University Place Mall is a 3-minute drive (0.6 miles), which includes a play area and splash pad for kids as well as indoor activities like bowling, mini golf, laser tag, and more for the entire family! (Rush Complex is also open on Sundays). When you're not sightseeing or exploring the plethora of attractions Utah County has to offer, this home provides a comfortable spot for families and friends who want to spend quality time together playing pool or getting cozy on a large sectional in front of a warm fireplace. Great rental! Highly recommend. They provide many complimentary items but the location is within 5 minutes of shopping/grocery/highway/restaurants if you needed to make a store run. Rooms were spacious. Here for a family reunion and it accommodated 14 people comfortably (ages 4-70). Able to fit three large vehicles in the drive way with an option to park a car on the street. Kids/teens loved the game room and bunk room. Important note. There is a strict “no food drink” in all rooms except for dinning and kitchen. Overall would book again.

Great location, comfortable and spacious

House is spacious and games room was great for kids. Has a nice yard and is conveniently located to shopping and entertainment. Used the bus stop right nearby to get to Lavell Edwards Stadium. Very comfortable stay.

Very Clean and Updated

Perfect size for our extended family. The home was clean, updated and comfortable. The only negative would be that it was on a fairly busy street and backing out of the driveway was a little tricky sometimes. Overall, it was perfect.

Fantastic Stay for a Big Family

So many beds! What a great house. :) There was room for all 16 of us and no one slept on a couch or "other" mattress. Our large extended family rented this house while we attended a wedding and the space was great! Many beds and rooms for all the couples and extra teens that were with us. The game room was also a hit. The one downfall was the location on the busy street. The Host allowed for us to use of the garage and that saved us as the neighbor had such a full driveway of cars that they were parking right in front of the rental house along the street. This made things a little tricky to pull out of the driveway as it is a pretty busy road, but definitely NOT the Host's fault. They were lovely and accommodating in all things! Thanks for the great stay!

Great home and location for our needs

This home had everything we needed and was as described in the listing. The only downfall would be the extra "damage" charge we incurred due to a picture falling off the wall and behind the bed in the room I was staying in, which I did not realize. A noise woke me in the night, but I was unsure what it was. Not much time was spent in the bedroom due to soccer games and cooking for the team. Other than that, this home is good for larger groups. Just be sure to take note of everything that could possibly fall off the walls.

Wedding weekend

A beautiful and clean property to use as a base for a family wedding. Easy freeway access and close to everything needed. Great location as well to visit college kids. Plenty of parking available. Nicely decorated and comfortable furnishings. Nice to be able to spread out and enjoy visiting vs a hotel room. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable.The kitchen had everything needed if using. We will rent again!
