- Updated kitchen with a Wolf stainless gas stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.
- Coffee three ways (drip, espresso machine, Keurig) plus a kettle, with coffee provided. Also a blender, bread maker, baking sheets and wine glasses.
- Cooking basics and dishes for a full group.

Guest access

You'll have the entire home to yourselves, with a private entrance. Also included are the fenced backyard, pool (in season), hot tub, sauna, gym and game room. Free parking is available in the on-site garage and in designated areas, up to 7 vehicles. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM. Ask if you need different times.

Nearby: downtown Madison and the UW campus are about 11 miles away, the village of Paoli is 1.5 miles, and Costco is under 5 miles.

Other things to note

- Cameras and monitors: 7 exterior security cameras cover the entire exterior of the home, including the pool and hot tub area. Noise decibel monitors are on the property.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. We have neighbors, so please keep noise down.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult. No glass, no diving. Please cover the pool and hot tub after use. The pool is seasonal, so message us for current pool dates.
- Maximum 14 guests. No parties or events without prior permission. Small gatherings must be approved in advance.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside. Smoking is allowed outside only, using the ashtrays provided.
- No pets unless agreed in advance. Service animals are always welcome.
- Pet goats and chickens live on the property.
- This is a rural property, so you'll need a car to get around.
