Oceanfront, Amazing View, Hot Tub Facing Ocean

Sunset's don't get better than from the OCEANFRONT deck with HOT TUB of this 1985 home nestled in ARCH CAPE.

The 180 degree views span to the north including 'Tillamook Head' at Seaside and the Lighthouse off Cannon Beach and stretch south to Mill Creek in Arch Cape.

Enjoy cooking in this remodeled kitchen with all updated appliances and a gas range. This home sits on mainly 1 level with wheelchair access to the front door and the oceanfront deck. The close view of the ocean is spectacular and we have full length windows on the entire west side of the house facing the ocean (living and dining rooms). During high tide you can literally throw a rock from our back yard and hit the ocean and during low tide you can walk for miles on the beach. This home is beautifully laid out and has an atrium in the center of the house, providing lots of natural light and an open feeling. You can tell it is taken care of with a personal touch and is well stocked. Beach access, with a nice maintained path, is only one house down from us too!

Bedrooms: 4 total, 2-king bedrooms, 1-queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2-queen beds.

The host was welcoming. The home was beautiful and the view was spectacular. Our family had a blast even in the rain! The kitchen had all that we needed and more! We loved the bedrooms, the hot tub, and the fireplace in the gorgeous living room.

Well appointed ocean front property with stunning views and lay out conducive for travel with our 96 yr old mother who uses a walker and requires support at night. Adjacent bedrooms, walk in shower and single level main living/sleeping were ideal. Chef's kitchen, nice deck for ocean viewing with large table for outside dining. Long stretch of quiet beach for walks, kite flying, and bird watching. Our second stay at this property and we will certainly return for our next Oregon Coast visit.

the most beautiful view!

It rained daily but thats just Oregon. we had 7 adults and never felt cramped. I have stayed at dozens of vacation rentals. This was by far the best. Everything you could want including a wonderful hot tub on the ocean. The beach there isn’t open to the public only for people staying in the neighborhood. Letting the dogs off leash was never an issue.Kitchen was amazing! Books,games,extra towels, beach toys..everything you could want right there. Beds were super comfortable. All this only 8 minutes from Cannon Beach. Hug Point is a must when the tide is low.Only 3 minutes away.

Best View/Perfect House

My friends and I stay at this house once a year. It is roomy (but cozy) and is RIGHT ON THE OCEAN. So many houses say they are "waterfront", but only have a view. The owner is wonderful to work with and we plan to go back next year.

A great relaxing getaway

I truly enjoyed staying here. It is so nice and quiet and the view is incredible. We watched pelicans flying North right in front of the house. The view of of the ocean waves coming in is great too. My favorite place is in the hot tub enjoying the view.

Family Spring Break Trip

This is our second time coming back to this beach house. Our kids absolutely love it here and have asked if we can come back every year. It’s such a relaxing place to stay with enough space for everyone in our large family (my wife and I with our 5 kids). Amazing views right from the kitchen/living room!

Absolutely Fabulous

The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by spectacular ocean views and they never go away. House is extremely comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious and has everything you need. We loved soaking in the hot tub staring out at the waves, sunsets on the deck were perfection and the kitchen is a delight to cook in as it is very well equipped! Dreaming about going back.

Location and view are top notch!

Surprise trip for my elders parents. No stairs for main living space. Kitchen very well equipped. View is beautiful and walking distance to Hug Point. Owners was extremely responsive and answered all of our last second questions to help make it a perfect trip!

Lovely property as advertised. We required level entry to accommodate our 95 yr old mother with limited visibility / mobility and adjacent bedrooms to assist her through the night. Kitchen well equipped. Home layout was perfect and views stunning.
