Listen to the waves from this remodeled 1247 sf 2 bath home across from the public 9 hole golf course. Quiet neighborhood with houses nicely spaced for privacy. Covered patio with gas grill in the back yard. Comfortable outdoor seating and dining table. Just 2 blocks (0.25 miles) from Seaside Cove Beach, a popular surfing and surf fishing spot. Tillamook Trail Head is just up the street. Walk 2 blocks in the opposite direction to find The Osprey Café and an old fashioned grocery store with a second easy access beach to watch the beautiful sunset and have an evening fire on the sand. Located at the south end of the famous Promenade allows for a lovely 1 mile seaside stroll or take the provided bikes to ride to city center.
Two bedrooms, each with queen beds are located off a hallway with doors closing it off from the living and kitchen areas. Two twin size folding beds (located in the closet of the largest bedroom) can be set up in that room. The blue bedroom has a TV and a half bath. The living room has two full size sofa sleepers.
Dining table with seating for 6 and three bar stools at the large kitchen peninsula. New stainless appliances and lots of storage for your food. Nice selection of spices present. Drip coffee maker, coffee press, Keurig, and toaster located in the coffee bar. Laundry room with W/D and drying rack for wet swimsuits. Beach towels and beach blankets are also located here. The backyard has a rod for hanging wetsuits and towels to dry. Garage is for your use and has a recumbent exercise bike and plenty of space to store your gear. An epoxy floor, outdoor sofa and a TV makes this a fun hang out spot. 4 parking spaces with room for boat parking on the 45 ft driveway. For fun, try the 2 beautiful beach cruiser bicycles and helmets, SUP, 2 skim boards, 2 kites, a large red wagon to carry our soft side cooler, beach umbrella, sand toys, folding canvas chairs and beach blanket. Lots of games, puzzles, books, DVDs and Roku.
Check in is 4PM and check out is 11AM.

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay at the carefully curated home. All aspects of the house were outstanding- excellent kitchen supplies and equipment. Well thought out design and furnishings to accommodate everyone’s needs. One of the best VRBO places we have stayed.

Amazing, We Will Be Back!

One of our favorite family rentals ever! The house was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and stocked with everything we needed — from coffee and toys to beach gear. Great yard, beautiful home, and a quiet, private feel. Just down the street from the beach and walkable to a relaxed golf course with a restaurant, tasty local spots, and a market. Perfect location and stay— highly recommend!

Amazing stay at the beach!

We stayed here last year and returned to a home that feels like home! It is a beautiful property with an incredible yard to lounge in, a home that has all the comforts, and a location close to everything! Garage is stocked with games, Bikes, chairs, wagon, pails, s’more sticks and boogie board. Lots of games and activities at the house. Kitchen has everything you would need. Beach towels, blankets, pull out couch beds, and extra rolling beds if needed. Plenty of off street parking and safe. We hope to return again.

Super cute and beautiful house

It was one of the most pretty places we’ve stayed in. It had everything you needed and then some. Close to everything, close drive to Astoria and cannon beach. The people in seaside were very friendly and a great area to visit . Very peaceful and quiet. We love to come to seaside yearly for our vacation with our grown kids and they love it here! Thanks to our host for making our stay relaxing, and peaceful ❤️

Great getaway

It had been 11 years since last on the Oregon Coast and it was high time to get back to it! The house suited our needs and served us well even though we didn't spend a lot of time inside. The owners were great to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. We'd stay again.

Beautiful!

This home is beautiful inside and out! It has all the comforts of home but is close to the beach! It has comfortable furniture, beds, blankets, appliances, and seating outdoors. The extras for the beach and bikes just adds over the top! Truly a wonderful place to stay out of the Seaside bustle but close to everything.

Great trip

We flew in from WI and had a great stay! We had family drive up to meet us and we all ranted and raved about the property and value! The house is well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved taking the wagon and beach toys on the short walk to the beach. The area is quite and we loved the back yard. The property is fenced which was a great space for our kids to play as we transitioned between activities!

One of our favorite rentals in 15 years!

We loved staying here. My husband, myself, and our 3 grown kids (ages 17 to 23) really enjoyed this home and the location. Every single detail has been thought of, from basic toiletries and cleaning supplies to bicycles and extra bedding. We were worried about not having AC, but we didn't need it, it was perfect. Debbie was super responsive with helpful tips on restaurants, etc. The house itself is charming...we loved some of the preserved details in lights and knobs. The only issue we had was that the kids didn't love sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed...does any adult? But that's not a ding against the home...it's just preferences. Our teens were living their best 1980's lives biking to the beach and downtown shopping area nearly every day. We would definitely stay here again. My 17 year old would like to buy the home one day. :-) We didn't want to leave. Highly recommend.

Home away from home..

Our stay was great! This is in an awesome location, and the house was very welcoming. You’re a short walk to the beach for a nighttime bonfire, and an exercise away from the Seaside fun off the promenade. The house came equipped with everything from cooking a gourmet meal, to riding bikes. or just lounging in the backyard—it had it all! Can’t wait to come back :)

Sophisticated yet charming beach house

We always enjoy Seaside and this was our 7th home away from home. We could have easily made this beach home our permanent residence. It was perfectly decorated, bright, open and cheerful. Everything you need plus space to put the things we brought with us. Ideal outdoor spaces, from people watching in front to privacy and relaxation in back. Both locations perfect for a glass of wine! Peaceful location and neighborhood, easy to walk to two great beach locations as well as the promenade and lovely area for biking. We can’t wait to return!

Great stay and wonderful location

We rode bikes, ate some clam chowder at Mo's, walked the beach, made a fire at the beach, and utilized the bbq for a delicious dinner. This place is so organized, remodeled and beautiful. It's inspired us to upgrade our home in similar ways (this home and our home were built in similar years). It was a great place to stay! Don't forget to sign the book on the desk! You'll see what others wrote about this place and the vibes are great!

Best 4th of July location

Second year in a row at this great place for the 4th of July. The kitchen is so well stocked with every appliance and utensil. There are bikes and outdoor items for beach fun. Beach is walkable as is the town of Seaside. Nice and quiet, clean and organized. Owners are very receptive and friendly. We love this place.

Lovely and Charming House on the beach

We had a great time in this place. Debbie was very responsive whenever we needed some assistance and the home itself was very charming. Our toddler really appreciated all the cute toys in the home! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home in a great location

This house is absolutely gorgeous! Comfortable, tasteful furnishings, spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Loved the little half bath in the second bedroom. Great communication with owner. Would highly recommend this place!!
