"When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe."

"The room/hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was typical watery scrambled eggs, potatos, waffle, biscuit and gravy. The biggest complaint was the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants from 8-10pm. The TV service was very spotty."

"This is basic accommodation with no elevator. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shampoo and body wash in the shower had pump tops which are easier to use than the squeeze bottles so many places use now. We didn't try the included breakfast but it didn't look like there was a lot of options."

"I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South/East Ridge and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.
The biggest issue was the bed, which was extremely firm and uncomfortable. A good night's sleep is one of the main reasons for booking a hotel, and I struggled to get comfortable throughout my stay.
What made the experience even more frustrating was a problem with my late checkout request. The day before departure, I spoke with a front desk employee and...
