Magnificent 2-Bedroom corner unit with full 180-degree views of the ocean. Sit on the wrap around balcony and feel Aruba’s ocean for yourself. Inside boasts spacious living areas where you can enjoy the multitude of blues from this visually stunning view. Enjoy the comfort of a brand-new condo, airconditioned with modern décor, featuring everything that you may need for living on this happy island.

This spacious 1441 square foot two-bedroom unit is one of the largest 2-bedroom units in this condo building with floor to ceiling windows to maximize the ocean views. The Master bedroom features one king bed and a private bathroom and a door to the balcony. The second bedroom has two full beds and a private bathroom. There is a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping. Unit 407 has a Washer and dryer, two separated and individual air conditioning units, free WIFI, Cable TV with two smart TV’s and a Weber barbeque; all to make your stay relaxed, happy, and comfortable. Enjoy!

View is perfect, decoration is modern, and comfortable! We want you to feel entirely relaxed and welcomed here in this apartment, where you will be captured by the attractions and amenities of the complex.

Nearby you can enjoy fine shopping and dining, casinos, ATM, food market, beaches and only 2 miles from the conveniently located Divi's 9-hole course.

Perfection!

Nicole's property is absolutely beautiful! We came to Aruba to celebrate my niece's 18th birthday and it did not disappoint. It was so peaceful and scenic. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We will most definitely return! I highly recommend this location.

We loved this condo unit, it was very roomy and also centrally located which made it nice for us since we rented a car and explored all areas. It was also close enough to walk to lots of local restaurants. The pool was great as well as all the employees we came into contact with at the property. it was also great watching the cruise ships leave the port each night from the balcony - we had a perfect view.
