• No wet entry: Do not enter the lobby or elevators while wet.
• No sand: Rinse off sand in the pool- area shower before entering the building or elevators.
• Carts: Return all carts to their designated areas.
• Garbage: Dispose of all garbage in the “Trash” room on each floor. Please use securely closed bags.
• Balconies: Do not hang towels, clothing, or other items on balconies.
• Gym: Proper attire and sports shoes are required; children under the age of 18 are not permitted.

NO PARTIES

Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

THE USE OF THE POOL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Do not run around the pool deck. Do not jump. No glass near the pool. PLEASE USE ONLY PLASIC TUMBLERS.
