PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Bella Vista Penthouse Two-bedroom condo offers mesmerizing views of one of Aruba's best beaches, Eagle Beach. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery from the private rooftop or any of the two balconies on the main living level. From the rooftop, experience panoramic views that span the serene shores of Eagle Beach, the island's picturesque landscape, and reach all the way to the iconic California Lighthouse. The rooftop also features a hot tub, BBQ grill area, and outdoor dining and lounging areas.

The living room opens to a balcony with amazing views and includes a 3-seat (queen-size) sofa bed, a TV, and two armchairs. It also features a fully equipped kitchen and a 6-seat dining table, with a staircase to the rooftop next to the kitchen. Additionally, there is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, single-size bed chair, desk with chair, built-in closet, and access to another balcony with stunning views. The second bedroom has a king-size bed , TV, and built-in closet. The unit includes two bathrooms with showers.

With 1,300 sq. ft. of living space and an additional 1,300 sq. ft. rooftop terrace, this condo offers ample room to relax and enjoy. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, a code-lock safe, free parking space, central air conditioning, 3 cable TVs (every bedroom and living room), beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. It can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 beds and a sofa bed. This unit is located in the Eagle building of the Oceania complex, on the fifth floor.

All amenities were great. Clean quiet and very relaxing. Penthouse was perfect and comfortable especially the new hot tub. Very roomy and comfortable. Short walk to pool which was perfect and beach across street. It has the best beach you ever want to see. PERFECT!!
