Welcome to LeVent, one of the best luxury condos in Aruba with stunning views of world famous Eagle Beach! Eagle Beach is rated the #1 beach in the Caribbean.

This modern 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo can be your home away from home during your next trip to Aruba. Life is perfect when you are located just steps away from the surf and sand.

Unwind each night with a glass of wine while watching beautiful sunsets on your own large, private 3rd floor balcony. It can't get better than that!

KITCHEN

The open concept kitchen has all modern appliances including an induction stove. Noteworthy amenities includes two coffee machines - a standard drip system and a Nespresso (bring your own Nespresso pods), toaster and blender. Since everything is provided in the kitchen, you will be able to make any meals with ease. There are also 2 gas grills near the pool for your use.

LIVING ROOM

The open-plan living room is thoughtfully furnished with a large smart TV, two chairs and a sofa. There is also a 4-seat dining table and two barstools.

2 BEDROOMS

The master bedroom has king-size bed, TV, built-in closets, a chair, balcony access with tropical views, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

PLATINUM SERVICES & AMENITIES

Exclusive services and amenities are provided to enrich your experience during your stay. These are a daily refresh of the bathroom towels, daily trash removal and daily make-up of the beds. Further, each shower includes shampoo, conditioner, plus shower gel of our local Aruba Aloe, which is made with 100% Pure Aloe Vera Gel to hydrate and nourish your skin and hair.

THE RESORT

LeVent Beach Resort Aruba offers a swimming pool, a separate large hot tub, a shallow pool area for the children, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 large BBQ grills, an ice machine to pack a cooler, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's breathtaking sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at the Prestige LeVent special desk in the lobby. Additionally portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

LeVent Aruba is located just a few steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach, well-known for its 50-yards wide pristine soft white sand, turquoise waters, and breath-taking sunsets. Within about 1 mile from LeVent, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, a gas station, coffeehouses, a movie theatre with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food Plaza), the Hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course, and Beach Tennis Aruba.

The unit was gorgeous and clean. The entire property was very, very clean. Every morning I saw the cleaning people wipe down every outdoor chair cushion and the entire chair frames! Never saw that before. The location is perfect in that we were very close to the shopping and entertainment district of Palm Beach but far enough away that there was never any traffic or noise. Loved the iguanas of all sizes and colors that hang out in the pool area. Would love to stay here again!

Look no further, this place has everything

We had an amazing time and this spot was just perfect. The balcony has a beautiful view of the pool, beach, sunset and the top of the palm trees which provide some privacy and we got to see all the birds. Eagle Beach is a great location, quieter area of the beach which we enjoyed and then a quick cab ride to dinner, dancing or shopping. We enjoyed sitting by the pool so much and it was beautiful then we walked over to the beach and realized it was even more beautiful, Everything was perfect!

Lovely!

Wonderful condo in great location. We walked to all beaches and restaurants and was nice to come back to a pool.The property was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We definitely will be back! Thanks to all in Aruba:)

Wonderful Place!

Great condo and lovely area. Eagle Beach is a nice and more quiet place to stay. This unit was wonderful and the staff were amazing! Jerry the building manager is fantastic! We will be back!

Condo is lovely. Staff are wonderful. We had a unique situation, the Aruba Airport closed and our next flight out was 2 days after our VRBO check out. Lynn, the host was unbelievably accommodating and allowed us the additional nights.

Nice Place

We had been to Aruba before and was looking forward to going again. Since Hurricane Beryl had just occurred in the other islands close to Aruba, the ocean water was not as clear as before when we came the first time. The Levent was a nice play to stay, and the office staff was very nice. We did have a problem with the lock on our bedroom door and we told management. However, maintenance never came to fix the lock. The accommodations were nice, and the pool was relaxing, but not very big. The pool was really the only amenity at the Levent. They did offer beach chairs. In order to get to a restaurant or the casinos, you either had to walk which was quiet far or take a ride share. Food is very expensive at the restaurants and at the grocery store. We had to take a ride share to get to the restaurants and the casinos. Most of the restaurants and casinos are located on Pebble Beach. If you are looking for the nightlife of Aruba, you need to stay on the Palm Beach side. The Eagle Beach side has a very laid-back feel to it, but no night life.

Extremely Pleased & Will Return to Le Vent

Amazing! The description of the property was exact. No surprises. But what they don't tell you is how amazing & friendly the staff & support team at Le Vent are. From the front desk to the service persons to groundskeepers. The fellow guests were even fabulous. Beautiful pool & grounds and owners who truly care about their condos. We even met a few of the owners during our stay and found them all to be just down-to-earth & wonderful people who truly care about their guests happiness. Just across the street from Eagle Beach and much to do nearby! Highly recommend!! Thank you for a great stay!

Property was perfectly located 100 yards from Eagle Beach within a gated community that was extremely quiet. The room was very clean and has a perfect view of the beach. My family and I will certainly go back and stay.

Very Nice Condo

Very nice condo. Location was great. We could walk to several restaurants or catching a cab was easy. Beautiful property with a great pool. Right across the street from the beach. Checkin and checkout was easy and the property manager was very helpful. Everyone was very nice there. I would recommend this condo!

The unit was very nice. There were 4 of us. The pull out couch was very comfy. Probably makes sense to add a few shelves for food storage. There really wasn't any drawer storage so the counter top had to do.

Great spot in the low rise district

Very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We loved relaxing on the balconey in the evenings. We appreciated the coolers and the commercial ice machine near the exit so we could fill coolers and keep drinks cold at the beach.

Condo is beautiful and modern. Host is great with good communication. Local property managers are very friendly and helpful. 1 block to nice beach that is not crowded like the hotel area up the street. Highly recommend. Would return.

Beautiful

Condo was amazing. Had everything we needed- used the beach chairs and cooler every day. Kitchen well equipped. Bed very comfortable. We loved taking the quick walk across the road to sit in the soft sand and watch the sunset. Security very friendly. We enjoyed reading quietly by the pool listening to the music in the very pretty grounds. Pool and hot tub great to play and soak in to have a rest from the sand. Super convenient location to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Loved every minute there and was sad to come home!

Perfect location
