Our house boasts 4 beautifully designed bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk in closet, king size bed and a unique master bath with one indoor shower and two adjacent outdoor showers. Each of the three guest rooms has its own TV, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer and ample closet space, ensuring that everyone in your group can enjoy their own private space. The 3000 sq ft penthouse interior also features one fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a large open living area, a separate large family room with a 72 inch big screen TV and floor to ceiling windows throughout the apartment with spectacular ocean views on 3 sides This apartment can sleep up to 8 people. This property also has Wi-Fi and renter-controlled audio through out the penthouse.

One of the highlights of our home is the spectacular 4000 sq ft roof top terrace with amazing ocean views where you can relax, play your own music on the new, multi speaker audio system and soak up the Caribbean sunshine and amazing sunsets in one of several luxury seating areas that includes a beautiful fire pit for evening enjoyment. Or, you can enjoy a cocktail in your large outside wet bar next to the beautiful bbq and outdoor dining area that are all in a covered portion of the terrace. Simply put, this newly-available penthouse is one of the most spectacular apartments on the entire Island!
