  • Cuando era niño, mis dos abuelos eran dueños de casas en el lago, una en Carolina del Norte y otra en Virginia. Algunos de los mejores momentos de mi vida fueron en el lago con mi familia; pescar bagre y lubina, nadar, pasear en bote, cocinar hot dogs y smores, comer sandía, etc.

    Hemos estado yendo al lago Anna por más de 40 años y hemos tenido esta propiedad en el lago Anna por más de 10. Hemos tenido muchos momentos especiales y hemos creado recuerdos especiales y le ofrecemos la oportunidad de disfrutar de nuestra casa y crear recuerdos especiales también. Venga, disfrute de la paz y la tranquilidad, y comparta con su familia los excelentes momentos familiares que sabemos que tendrá.

    Este nuevo totalmente amueblado, 4,700 pies 2, 5 habitaciones, 2 sofás cama, 3 baños hogar está disponible durante todo el año (planes para un total de 7 habitaciones 4 baños en 2021). Está situado en el lago Anna, en el dedo NO del lado público del lago, cerca de la ruta 522. A solo minutos de Tim’s at Lake Anna, Lake Anna Tap House, Lake Anna Winery y Cooling Pond Brewery. Además, estamos a pocos minutos en agua del lago Anna Sandbar, donde puede jugar al voleibol y disfrutar de buenos momentos con la familia.

    La casa tiene una hermosa y espaciosa sala de estar, sala de hogar (con chimenea) y una gran cocina abierta y área de comedor que miran a través de dos puertas corredizas de vidrio y ventanas de párpados sobre la gran cubierta hacia el agua y un muelle de mil pies cuadrados debajo.

    Una sala de estar / sala de juegos adicional está equipada con Dish Network TV / DVR con una PANTALLA PLANA de 65 'para el gran juego con mesa de billar, mesa de air hockey y mesa de ping pong para esa competencia familiar. Tres habitaciones se encuentran en el piso principal, lo que permite una entrada fácil para niños o personas mayores.

    Un camino de entrada grande ofrece muchos espacios de estacionamiento convenientes. El sótano tiene dos baños completos / camas king y queen y TV con Xbox / DVD. El piso de arriba tiene un dormitorio principal con balcón y gran baño principal, ducha y bañera, área de juegos para niños, TV / DVD / Xbox, cama Queen y 2 literas individuales.

    Recientemente agregado para 2020: una cocina completamente nueva, dos neveras dobles (segunda nevera en el sótano), un nuevo lavaplatos, un nuevo fregadero doble, un espacio adicional en el mostrador, un nuevo sistema de estantería de despensa, una nueva gama y microondas. ¡Listo para el rock and roll para el verano 2020!

    Esta espaciosa casa tiene muchas terrazas y mucha luz, con hermosos árboles maduros que brindan mucha sombra y sol. El patio trasero conduce a un agradable paseo marítimo de 142 pies, muelle privado y RAMPA PARA BARCOS PRIVADOS dentro del HOA.

    En verano, los alquileres están disponibles por períodos de una semana completa solo durante la temporada alta (Memorial Day al Día del Trabajo). Los alquileres fuera de temporada están disponibles por un mínimo de 2 noches.

Gorgeous location with some incredible views. Easy access to the lake via a big dock. The host was very accommodating and I appreciated his communicativeness and willingness to host us! A few minor things throughout the house didn't fully work, but as a whole it slept all of us comfortably and was well worth the price.

The perfect house, very spacious. We brought the boat and spent the day at the sandbar. Mark’s responses were so quick. Would stay here again!

Family Vacation at Lake Anna

Property was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. We put the jigsaws together played pool and games, enjoyed the kayaks and canoe, rented a pontoon boat, had great family bonding.

The house layout is perfect for large groups. The kitchen was well, well stocked. And, Mark was super responsive and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had three families sharing the house for a long weekend on the lake. It was a great size for our group of 11, with plenty of space for everyone. Mark (the owner) was especially responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and staying in touch throughout for any questions/issues.The house has great lake access on a quieter area of the lake with ample space for boat tie ups at the dock. We very much enjoyed our stay!

pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Farmer's Landing for a family reunion over the holiday. Lots of space and lots of beds. Well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meals. We enjoyed the kayaks and canoing on Lake Anna and the kids enjoyed the game room. Great spot for a multi-family gathering.

Reunion 2024

Farmers Landing on Lake Anna was a perfect setting for our reunion with family and friends. The accommodations were excellent and communication with owner, Mark, was seamless. The property manager, Kim, was very friendly. Definitely a 5 star stay and we hope to do it again in the future.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

Loved this property! Our group of 18 stayed comfortably at this beautiful lake house. We had great access to the lake and opportunities to use the provided kayaks and canoe. We had multiple meals outside on the deck and nights around the fire! Check in, check out and communication with the host were fantastic. Strongly recommend this property. Hoping to be back soon!

Amazing Long Weekend

We had a great time here! The house looked even better in person and we loved the layout. Everyone could have their own space and we were able to have an area for kids to watch TV and play upstairs. Plenty of appliances to go around, anything you may need to cook. Loved the outdoor deck tables that could fit our large group. We canoed and kayaked as well as brought our own floats and spent a lot of time on the water. I would highly recommend the house to anyone interested.

Nice house for large family

This is a beautiful well equipped house with lots of bedroom space for a large family. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and some of the kids enjoyed swimming, but the lake is very shallow with a muddy bottom in this part of the lake, so most of us preferred swimming at the state park 17 minutes away.

Great house for family gatherings

Large, modern, well-equipped house directly on lake with beautiful views. There was plenty of room for all of us (8 adults, 7 kids) and the teenagers loved the game room. The newly renovated upstairs was a particular highlight and a great place for late night board games. Our stay was in late December and the winter light on the lake was lovely and memorable. Would stay again for sure.

Quiet neighborhood, amazing views

We had a group ranging in age from 6 to 80. Everyone had an amazing time. The kids loved the air hockey and shuffle board in the basement, and everyone loved the fishing and kayaks.
