Spectacular oceanfront 4BDR 4 1/2 Bath Condo in Turquoise Place with all amenities.Massive open kitchen with granite bar and top of the line appliances including wine cooler & ice-maker. Dining area is perfect for serving large families.Den with comfy seating and fireplace.Roomy master bedroom with large walk in shower, great Jacuzzi ,and flat-screen TV. Unbelievable closets throughout,& laundry room. 2nd Guest room with King Bed,3RD has king bed also & 4TH Guest room with 2 full Beds. End unit outdood balcony wraps around the condo,so the view speaks for itself.Also has Balcony Gas Grill with outdoor sink and Private Hot Tub!! This Condo is Perfect for large families & friends.

Family Vacay

We had the best time on our family vacation at Turquoise. The condo was spacious and accommodating for everyone to have their own quiet space. The kids especially loved the slide, lazy river, and access to snow cones! Trish was the best host and very helpful!

From the moment we stepped into this penthouse condo, we were utterly captivated. "Immaculate" doesn't even begin to describe the condition of this stunning property – it felt as if we were the very first guests to ever grace its pristine interiors. Every detail, from the gleaming surfaces to the thoughtfully arranged decor, spoke of meticulous care and a commitment to luxury.But what truly stole our hearts were the views. Oh, the views! Panoramic vistas of the sparkling ocean stretched out before us, an endless expanse of turquoise meeting the horizon. Whether we were sipping coffee on the expansive balcony as the sun rose, or watching the vibrant hues of sunset paint the sky, the scenery was nothing short of breathtaking. It was a constant, living masterpiece unfolding right outside our windows.We are completely obsessed with this penthouse. It's not just a place to stay; it's an experience that rejuvenates the soul. The sound of the waves, the gentle sea breeze, and the sheer beauty of the surroundings created an atmosphere of unparalleled tranquility and joy.Without a shadow of a doubt, we would stay here over and over again. This penthouse condo has set a new standard for our beach getaways, and we cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable escape.Oh and the photos are very accurate but do the condo no justice. You have to see it for yourself.

Beach Trip June 2025

The only positive was that the condo was large and spacious which provided plenty of room our group. Other than that the cleanliness was less than ideal. There was a red solo cup left in the ice machine and various toys and trash left under the furniture. The owner only provided the BARE minimum for toiletries, towels etc (one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one towel per bathroom). This made us have to travel to Publix every morning to pick up these items.The owner accused us of breaking a couple of outdoor patio chairs. We discussed as a group and came to the conclusion that no one in our group broke these chairs. We barely even spent any time on the outdoor patio. After telling disputing with the owner then charged our credit card 500 unbeknownst to our group. This was done without any discussion from the owner. We did have a positive interaction with the security of the building. I lost my sunglasses and the security director helped us track them down. Other than that, I don’t believe we will ever stay at the turquoise place again.

Gorgeous!

The condo was gorgeous! Very comfortable and perfect for our group. The biggest frustration - we were unable to operate any of the TVs in the bedrooms and main living area. We spent a lot of time trying to get the satellite TV and Joey‘s to work and never had any success.

Quick birthday trip for 8 year old granddaughter

This place was amazing, great location, fabulous view and Decor. I would booked this again. I have booked a lot of places in Orange Beach and Gulf shores but none like this one, this well maintained place is just the type of vacation you dream of short or long stay.
