Summary:
Windward Pointe offers a heated pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room with new equipment, hot tub, sauna, BBQ area, tennis court & basketball court. Unit #105 is a true ground level, 3 BR/2 BA just steps from the beachfront pool, expansive sundeck, and beautiful white beach. No taking the stairs or waiting on elevators. With a king in the master, queen in BR #2, 2 twins in BR #3, & a sleeper-sofa in the living area, unit 105 can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The Space:
Windward Pointe #105 condominium is A Must Rent!! It offers the finest in dramatic Gulf views and luxurious amenities. This refreshing true Ground Floor unit is Steps away from the sugary white beaches and the oval shape outdoor pool. No taking the stairs or waiting on elevators. It is perfect for hosting the family reunion! It offers three bedrooms and two full baths. There is a King size in the master bedroom, in the second bedroom a tranquil queen bed and two twins in the third bedroom. Each bedroom and the living/dining area open to the fenced patio area. This condo features is tiled throughout and is professionally decorated and fully furnished. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with 2 separate ice maker, full size washer and dryer, stereo system through the condo, and TV/DVD in each room.

The extra large wrap-around tiled balcony provides for the ultimate in beach viewing, from sunrise to sunset. It's just the place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.

Guests enjoy the indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, children's wading pool, exercise room with new equipment, hot tub, sauna, lighted tennis court and a basketball court. There are 4 TV's & DVDs. The square footage is approximately 1260 (+/-).

Orange Beach, Alabama is a little-known treasure that will change your view on beach vacationing. The beaches are some of the prettiest in the world and beauty of the gulf waters will amaze you. A vacation of a lifetime awaits you and your family! Orange Beach attractions are: sand, surf, romantic sunsets, golf, an endless variety of water sports, fresh and salt-water fishing, shopping, dining... the list goes on!

Stay in this unit and you return each summer to revisit this condo!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, common areas, and amenities. Amenities include a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, BBQ gill area, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room, tennis court, basketball court, & fitness room.

Getting Around:
Shopping, dining, walk-in-doctor office, entertainment, grocery stores, etc are all located within a few miles of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs $50/stay/vehicle (subject to change per HOA). Two vehicle max per HOA rules. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office which is across from the complex ($50) subject to availability.

No beach stuff is provided so you will need to bring your own. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company and you are certainly welcome to use your own. There is a Dollar General across the street with a great selection of beach stuff.

The condo will include: one roll of toilet paper, bar of soap, & small shampoo/ conditioner per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish rag, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. You will likely need to visit the store if your stay is longer than 2 or 3 days and we will not replenish these items during your stay.

TIPS ON WHAT TO BRING: Please bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

REFRIGERATOR: Check-in Day was most likely a check-out day for another guest. This means the fridge has been open for an extended period of time and cannot handle an overload of warm foods. Please leave items that do not need immediate refrigeration on the counters or in your coolers and avoid overfilling the refrigerator. It can take up to 12 hours for the fridge to fully cool down.

AIR CONDITIONER: On very hot days (90+ degrees) please be aware that the A/C units will not cool below 20 degrees difference from the outside temperature. DO NOT set the temperature to a super lower setting which could freeze up the unit causing damage. Turn on ceiling fans, lower blinds, and keep doors and windows closed. Do not operate A/C with the balcony door open.


NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

This is our second year coming to stay here and it didnt disappoint. The feedback i shared last year was addressed this time. The condo is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The location is great and the unit is family friendly.

Property was really nice and the owners were very involved with getting us the information we needed to make it a smooth stay. We didn't have any issues with the rental at all. I would definitely book this condo again and would recommend others to do so as well.

Perfect spot!!!! Parking is great we was literally right at our door! Garbage is also right outside our door! Our condo was beautiful!! Very well kept! The beds were super comfortable! The indoor pool a sauna was nice especially since it was just my husband an our daughter!! The patio was our favorite spot!! With the pool right there. We will definitely be back!!! Before we left I had washed all the towels we used an had them in the dryer a the master bedroom linens. Our daughter had put her stuff in a room but she actually slept on the couch.. I made sure everything was clean for a new guest!!

Great room with little ones! 1st floor was perfect for bringing things in and loading at the end of the trip. Right in the middle of the stretch with fantastic restaurants. Our boys loved the indoor pool to get the out of the heat of the day but still enjoy swim time. We will be staying again later this year. 3 mins from Walmart, which is always a plus.

The condo was in a great location and you can’t beat the first floor and pool/beach access. Upon arrival we walked in to a well kept condo. We only had one minor issue and the property manager was a phone call away and addressed my concern quickly. The complex was quiet and well maintained. Would definitely rent this property again.

We loved how this condo was located on ground floor with a nicely furnished patio that was right bedside the outdoor pool area. The condo has plenty of room for a family with children. We will definitely be back to stay here again

It was lovely. Beautiful views & functional. This condo provided necessities- was well furnished & clean- beds comfortable. Not much decor or extras like throws- games or nick knack ric rack. If you like clean streamline this is a great condo. No fluff. But a great unit for sure!!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the place! The condo’s first floor location is perfection! We loved being able to unload/load easily and the amazing access to the pool. Our only complaint is there is no phone service, and the WiFi doesn’t work, which created and issue where the TV wouldn’t stream without buffering- Not ideal for our football watching husbands, but everything else was wonderful!

WWP 105 is a great location. Private entrace to pool with a view of the pcean. Cant ask for more. Condo is clean and cozy. Hosts respond quickly and are very welcoming. Kitchen has all the basics you need. Extra bedding and plenty of towels. Definitely keeping this one on the return list.

1st floor was a great location. The downside is Wi-Fi doesn’t work well and it’s hard to get cell service. The place was very clean. Needs a little home improvement for items around the unit. But the location was great! Beds were very comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies for cooking. I would stay there again.

We love the location because, with kids, the ground floor was perfect for small kids. The only thing I was disappointed about was that it could have been a little cleaner didn't have a broom, and we couldn't get the remote to work; closet doors came off track but called, and they bought another one right over, but it was the same did bring us a broom.? May have something by the TV to say how to work ? I will stay again at this location, maybe in one of the other condos if they have one with 3 bathrooms. But overall it was a really good week at the beach with my grandbabies

Everything was great about this condo unit! Starting with the layout and cleanliness of the condo to the location in proximity to the pool and beach, and the location in proximity to the restaurants and attractions. The first floor condo with a private balcony that opens to the pool makes it perfect for any family. It made it exceptionally convenient for us with a toddler who needed several naps during the day and young kids that still wanted to be in the pool while their sister napped. The communication with the property managers made everything go as seamless as it could. Thank you for allowing our family to make condo 105 our “home” for a week and having the best time!

Excellent location. First floor. Just walk right your door to the pool and then keep walking and you’re on the beach. Unit had everything we needed. Cleaning staff did a great job but the unit was not ready on our arrival so we had to wait an hour by the pool. Property manager called me and apologized. Tried to call him back because he forgot to give me the gate code to get out of the pool area but he blocked my number. Thank goodness someone at the pool was gracious enough to let me out. Other than that we had a great time. Would love to rent again sometime.

This could be a good place to stay if they had a good cleaning crew. The unit was very nasty with used bar soap left in both showers and a bunch of left over hair from someone shaving! Dirty dishes in the cabinets that we continued to discover every time we needed something. The place had not been swept and the refrigerator was nasty. We spent the first couple hours cleaning! They did send a cleaning lady back but we had already cleaned most of it. The management company didn’t seem to even care that much and didn’t even offer to refund our cleaning fee or pay us for having to clean. It’s a high price to pay for a unit that needs a major cleaning!!! The security is a joke as well! People just use the parking lot to day park and use the beach access. According to security the system they use to track the plate readers doesn’t work that great and can be incorrect.

Location was exactly what it was said to be - very happy with proximity to the beach. Coffee maker had grounds in it when we got there, sliding glass door was unlocked and opened by kids upon our arrival, closet in kitchen (pantry sort of) had so many crumbs and dirt in the bottom of it we just put our food in the kitchen on the countertop. It was just not really clean, but once we got in there we weren't going to call for that. So, it did not bother us too much - we just wiped things down again. But really, we chose the place for the location and the location could not be beat! Very loud around the pools, but kids were so tired they slept right through it - adults had trouble some, but we knew that when we booked it. Beds were fine, parking was fine.

Great condo, great rental company. Only problem we had was NO PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE. They have recently installed a GUEST PASS machine at condo. So spaces are full of people who are NOT renting there. Made trip very stressful worrying about being towed .

Unit was very clean, but needs some cosmetic updating. Check in was a breeze, but wish it was a key less entry to the unit. Ground floor location was a plus, but needs a key less lock for the gate when going to the beach. But overall we really liked the location.

Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom condo with an awesome view of the ocean from each bedroom. Kitchen stocked well for cooking family meals. Windward Point 101 was great for children because of the easy access to the Kiddie pool or outdoor swimming pool. All bedrooms were clean as well as having comfortable mattresses. Easy access to beach and great eating places within walking distance was a wonderful plus for us. Great places to entertain children wanting a break from the water can be easily found in any direction from the condo. Our family will definitely look forward to another vacation here!! We will all tell others that this is truly "STEPS AWAY FROM PARADISE"!!!!!!
