Welcome to this newly painted and decorated 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom condominium located on the 5th floor, boasting breathtaking views of the beach. The soothing beach theme brings the outdoors in, creating a serene atmosphere for your coastal retreat.
Interior: The living area offers stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the picturesque view of the beach. Ample seating provides comfort for the whole family to gather and enjoy the scenery. A sofa bed and a table with six chairs offer additional functionality, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay.
The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring a king-size bed adorned with stunning natural linen bedding. The second bedroom boasts a king-size bed with lovely linen bedding, perfect for snuggling up and watching the waves or a movie. The third bedroom features two queen beds, offering a beautiful view of the beach.
All bedrooms in this condo include stunning views of the beach, private patio access,
walk-in closets with built-in storage, a private bathroom with ample storage, and bedside lamps with easy access dimmer switches.
Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen is a haven for chefs, offering lots of counter space and all the tools and glassware needed to create your happy hour beverage. A wet bar with an ice maker adds convenience and sophistication to your culinary experience.
Step into the lovely, updated dining area, where seating for eight awaits. Gather around the table and enjoy meals together while taking in the beautiful views of the beach.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

COVID Summer

Everything was perfect! We brought my parents with us (a family of 5) and there was plenty of room!! We survived the tropical storm. Kids would run down to the beach inbetween rain showers. The last 2 days were beautiful. Parking is right outside the condo door, which was perfect for my dad whom recently had back surgery. We will definitely return to this condo!!
