Tidewater 705 - Beachfront!

  • Our water front unit has gated parking and is on the 7th floor with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches and emerald water. Amenities include an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and a hot tub. The condo also includes a sauna for your use and has evening security on site. We are located near grocery stores, shopping centers, and a variety of restaurants. This 12 story community makes for a less crowded beach front and shorter elevator wait times, perfect for family vacations.

    The unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bedroom, queen sofa sleeper and twin hall bunks. Full size washer and dryer along with a fully stocked kitchen and oversize smart TV's round out this unit for a comfortable beach vacation. Wireless internet is also provided for your convenience.

    One parking pass is included with booking fees. Additional parking passes will need to be purchased for $50 beforehand.

Good clean place to stay. If you have a big vehicle, you will find it difficult to park in the owners spot, especially if you have children. May need to ask for an additional parking pass to park in the regular spots. We had to do this, but Ben was incredibly quick to respond and allowed to have another pass.

Property as described. Tasteful decorated, clean and comfortable. Perfect for the 2 of us. Pantry well stocked. Beautiful view! Great beach. Ben very communicative. Had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely return. The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, especially the bed, which made it easy to relax after long days. The view is truly amazing and was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Beach access was simple and convenient, and we appreciated how close and easy the parking was. Everyone in the surrounding units was friendly and respectful, which added to the overall positive experience. We did run into a small issue during check-in that was outside of the host’s control, but the host was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and worked quickly to resolve it. Overall, a great stay!

The beach view was unobstructed, beautiful. We did not swim. We enjoyed the communities and the things to do; the Naval Aviation Museum, the sea lab, Fort Morgan and a ferry ride to Dauphin Island. I would not be against revisiting.

We loved it and we could have stayed another week.If we had the time. The condo is clean and well appointed, especially out on the balcony. It was great to have a washer and dryer handy.

Our stay was everything we could of asked for as our honeymoon. Directions for everything were very clear. The hosts were amazing and very responsive with any and all questions we had. Perfect location with lots of options on dining and entertainment. I absolutely loved all the snells the beach had to offer and the bed in the master bedroom was heaven. Thank you for a unforgettable stay we will definitely be back again!

Perfect place for my girlfriend and I to stay while celebrating her birthday. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, and the location was perfect! Will stay here again!

Our stay at the beachfront condo was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The unit was clean, bright, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The building was quiet, well-maintained, and close to great restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!

October beach getaway

The beach in October is the best! We had a wonderful little getaway! The condo was in a great location. It was clean and cozy with amazing views! We will stay again.

Everything was great except the couch was very uncomfortable. So glad the unit had a great spot in the parking garage since the parking lot was flooded when we arrived. The condo was located across from the elevator which was very handy.

Home away from home

We couldn’t have had a better getaway that felt like home. Perfect location, communication, level of comfort, & cleanliness. And talk about a beautiful view! We found our new favorite spot- thanks to Ben & Hallie for a wonderful stay!
