Welcome to Southern Coastal in the Village of Tannin. This amazing new construction home will blow your mind! From the amazing craftsmanship to the owner's attention to detail, this property will not disappoint. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the 3.5 baths are great for your large family or group. Don't forget about the bunk room upstairs with 2 full beds and a sofa it makes the perfect kid's getaway! In the kitchen, you'll find the best of everything! Starting with a gas range, wine fridge, and built-in ice maker! Southern Coastal offers the best of the best to make this your most memorable and comfortable vacation ever!

The location of this property is fantastic, just a short walk to the deeded beach access and an amazing pool for the community are just a couple of the amazing attractions close by. There is plenty of shopping, dining, sight-seeing, and fun in the sun all within an arm's reach! Come and see why Southern Coastal at Tannin will you your home away from home for years to come!

Professionally managed by Poole and Associates: We have been helping families "take home a sand pail filled with great memories" since 1998. We care about every one of our guests and work very hard to ensure your time at the beach is a wonderful experience, where you want to come back year after year.

Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 3 parking passes/cars maximum. No trailers are allowed to be parked on the street.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

the house itself is beautiful and has a really cool setup that suits the adults and kids. Master suite is pretty awesome. kitchen was fully equipped. may have to look for each and every item but they're there. the vacating the property rules were a little confusing for me as what the binder states and what the email/text i received were a little different but not a big deal though.

Look no further, you will be missing out!!!

We have been coming to Orange Beach for over 15 years. My wife and I got married on the beach here. We have stayed in many rentals in different locations from Orange Beach to Gulf shores. We agreed that this was by far our favorite stay and location. This place was amazing and we will definitely be back. !!!

Great House for Beach Getaway

Great house! Very spacious with plenty of storage and bathrooms for the whole family. Beds were comfortable and house was in close proximity to all the favorite tourist spots. Kids loved that the ice cream shop was within walking distance and pool was not crowded at all. Definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful place to call home for awhile

We had a great time in Gulf Shores at this house. It’s was really spacious and was plenty of room for our moderately large family. Overall it’s an awesome place and the beach is a 3 minute drive, or you can walk but wouldn’t recommend with little kids. It’s pretty far. The one thing I wish we did have was the option to put up a baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs. We had a crawler and she is very active and moves a lot. Also, she is beginning to climb. If you have a 10 month old, you’ll need to watch them closely or bring some baby gates for the location.
