Welcome to The Palms 313, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in Orange Beach. This spacious unit sleeps 8 comfortably. The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Nice ocean view

Enjoyed the stay here! Clean, quiet, cozy place to stay with great views of the ocean. It has a nice wrap a round deck in the front to view the ocean. It has a nice long front yard that goes up hill so you are not too close to the PCH.
