CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We had a beautiful view and access to the beach without any obstructions; enjoyed our stay for about 6 weeks. The patio is well appointed and comfortable. Even on days it was chilly, if the sun was shining, we were out of the wind and the temps felt warmer on the patio. The livingroom furniture and beds were comfortable, however the bedroom closets were stuffed so full that it was hard to find a spot to hang clothes where they didn’t touch something being stored. Not much for hangers - bring your own or fold your clothes. The kitchen chairs are heavy and cumbersome and the kitchen itself was meagerly furnished. I’m glad we brought a couple of our own kettles and pans, dish towels and dish cloths. Cupboards full of plastic glasses and glassware, but not a storage container for leftovers to be found. We had to use our empty cool whip containers and leftover containers from restaurants. Toaster needs to be replaced - I left a note regarding that. We did not use the pool, however others seemed to be enjoying it without complaint. The people with Alabama Beach Getaways were courteous and prompt. The staff on site were very friendly. I think the owner should do a little inventory of what is lacking in the kitchen and update it.

Very nice stay in Orange Beach

Perfectly arranged condo on the second floor overlooking the ocean. Easy beach access, fully furnished kitchen. The rental company were very responsive! Highly recommend.

High school reunion getaway

Beautiful view, easy access to beaches! Master bed mattress a bit firm for me but overall a perfect stay! Friends said they heard the garbage truck make a run every morning but no other noise issues! Perfectly wonderful weekend!

Great condo!

This condo was fantastic! The location was perfect, right on the beach. The unit was clean, lots of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and clean. But my favorite was the balcony. It was huge, had a dining area and an outdoor seating area. It has an indoor and outdoor pool that were great options, depending on the weather. Love it, will definitely return.

Easy & Fun. What else does vacation need?

Absolutely wonderful. The few needs/questions we had were taken care of and answered quickly. Comfortable. Clean. Convenient. Easy check in and out. Walking distance to the beach and outdoor/indoor pools. All amenities we needed…Not a single negative comment to make. Will be back!

Condo was great for our family

The condo layout was good for our family. It was very quiet and clean. Balcony seating was nice for enjoying beach. Easy access to beach. Pool shaded in afternoon which was great with such high temps. Overall great experience.

Other than a few minor issues that have been left for management to deal with, the rental was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend and will most definitely (hopefully) be staying there again.

Lovely condo-wouldn’t recommend for one reason

The condo was lovely-decorated in the most serene palate and spotless. Unfortunately, every morning around 5am, the garbage truck arrives with loud banging, crashing & beeps for 10-15 minutes nonstop or longer. It woke both me & my daughter up every morning as my parents slept in the master. Not exactly the restful sleep I hoped for on vacation. It’s a shame, because the condo is lovely, but I would never stay again. A primary goal of mine & my family’s on vacation is a time of respite and leisure. Being jolted awake every morning by loud metallic banging & men shouting left that goal unmet. Again, a lovely condo, but I value my sleep, particularly when I’m on vacation.

A Perfect Mother's Day at the Beach

I loved the condo the location, my family loved it only steps from ocean, great check in process. The parking passes are included in condo fee which is great. Once you arrive there's no extra fees. The only negative the online listing has check out time by 11:00 am ..... and it's not its 10. The check out time was a big deal to us we had one less hour together. otherwise, it was perfect.

Awesome

We had a great time, only had two little issues. Didn't have a password for the wifi for one day and the dishwasher didn't drain one evening. Both were fixed in a reasonable amount of time and didn't really affect our stay. Would recommend.
