Unidad de alquiler superior en Sea Chase 3 años seguidos. Totalmente renovado !!!

Este hermoso condominio frente al mar ha sido recientemente reformado y está listo para el alquiler. Este condominio se completa con todos los muebles nuevos, pisos de baldosas nuevas con alfombras acogedoras y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, muebles nuevos, nuevos accesorios de cocina, encimeras de granito y mucho más.

La habitación principal tiene una cama nueva marca con nuevos colchones, un televisor de pantalla plana y ventilador de techo. También hay un walk-in closet de gran tamaño, cortinas de la sala de oscurecimiento y una bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño. También hay acceso a la gran terraza con vistas al golfo de México.

La suite de invitados también tiene una cama nueva marca y nuevos colchones con TV / DVD, una gran armario, armario de la ropa, y un ventilador de techo. También hay un baño privado y ducha adjunto.

Toda la nueva cocina ha sido completamente renovado y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos cromados. La cocina bien equipada es perfecto para comer y la máquina de hielo de pie libre hace enfriadores de llenado para la playa libre de problemas.

La sala cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con un gran sofá cómodo y sofá de dos plazas. El sofá permite a una cama queen size. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas para su disfrute completo con un DVD.

La vista desde el balcón es impresionante y estar en el piso 10 le permite ver por millas, así como comprobación de su familia en las tres piscinas al aire libre. Las piscinas están desparramados por toda la propiedad, otro estar en el interior. También hay junto a la piscina bañeras de hidromasaje y una parrilla.

Al otro lado de la calle hay una gran variedad de centros comerciales que contienen tiendas de abarrotes, tiendas de variedades, tiendas de cine, una oficina de correos, una farmacia y más. Además, hay restaurantes y Adventure Island con Putt Putt de golf y juegos para toda la familia.

Hay un guardia durante todo el día y se puede ayudar de cualquier manera. Además, la oficina abre todos los días y aparcamiento nunca es un problema.

Last Minute Change

There was a last minute change to the condo we stayed in due to circumstances the owner of the condo couldn’t control (unfinished work by a contractor). The owners found us another condo in the same development with the exact floor plan. It was a wonderful condo and we had a great time. We would definitely stay there again.

Best unit at SeaChase

The unit was perfect. Beds were so comfortable. The view was amazing being on the 10th floor. You had no obstruction to the east or west. This is the best unit we have ever stayed in at SeaChase! The owners were responisve and so easy to work with. We will definitely eve going back to this unit.

Great Property!

We loved our stay at SeaChase! The property and pools are so nice! It was all spread out, and nothing felt overly crowded. We loved our unit, especially the balcony furniture. It was so comfortable and sturdy. We enjoyed spending every morning out there watching dolphins. The only down side to this unit was it felt like it was cleaned in a rush. There were crumbs on the living room. We found the vacuum cleaner and cleaned it up super fast ourselves. Not a big deal. I just didn’t want our 10 month old trying to pick up other guests mess. The beds were super comfortable! We slept so well every night. Overall, I would definitely book this unit again!

Convenient

The room is bigger than pics make it seem, the layout of the condo is great, but the room is definitely in need of a good deep clean. The blue couch is stained up in multiple places making us not want to sit on it, the ottoman was also stained, the toilet in the master was dirty. The area around the stove and inside the stove were not cleaned well. Maybe the cleaner is the issue bc the property was nice.

Nice but needs some work

The balcony tiles are cracked/loose/buckling. Some are completely missing in the corner and they just put a statue on top. The dinning room table wobbled every time we sat down. The chairs to the dinning room table are on the verge of breaking, one of the seats is almost completely caved in. There were no blankets at all in the condo. Only sheets and a thin blanket on the beds so if you have anyone sleeping on an air mattress or pull out, you may want to bring a blanket. The sofas sound like you are breaking the pull out when you sit down. Minimal pot/pan options in the kitchen, and one short pair of tongs. Not quite long enough to grill on the pit without burning your hand. Pros- nice furniture on balcony and nice bathroom in the master.

Spring Break 2024

We had a great stay for our family spring break trip! The condo was beautiful (as pictured) and had everything we needed. We picked the location as the Sea Chase has multiple pools and hot tubs and were not disappointed. Plenty of options for the kids and the indoor pool building was great for the the cloudy March days! Tennis courts are also available with equipment for guests to use. On top of the condo and resort, the hosts were quick to respond and made check in/out a breeze. The location is also good and has plenty of options for dinner and shopping within walking distance. Looking forward to staying again!

Family Vacay 2023

Sea Chase is a wonderful place to stay! It’s located in the perfect spot!! We enjoyed swimming in all 4 swimming pools, relaxing in all 4 hot tubs and using the workout room!! The facility is well maintained and quite lovely! The condo is very nice and is as pictured! The views from the balcony and windows are gorgeous!! We had plenty of space for our party of 6. We did have a few issues but the cleaning company was able to take care of most of them right away! They were immediately on it and pleasant to deal with! The only negative is we texted the owner number provided about the other two issue (along with the cleaning company texting them too) and never received a response! We did not let these issues ruin our vacation but a response would have been appreciated! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again! PS…Having coffee on the balcony with your very own sea turtle is a bonus!!

My favorite spot was the balcony. Great breeze most of the time to sit with a book and drink of choice. Communication with owners was great to handle minor issues and questions. Liked we were on 10th floor, nice vantage point for views.

Great Vacation in Great Condo

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is in a great location and check in and check out were so easy. The description was accurate. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was so nice having balcony access from the master. There were two full bathrooms that were located in each of the two bedrooms. We had family members sleeping on the sleeper sofa so it would’ve been nice to have a bathroom off the main room but we made do. The condo is very close to the elevators but it was really quiet the entire week. You had to have a key fob for beach access and only one fob was provided. There were 6 in our party. That was a little aggravating because we didn’t all go down to the beach at the same time. Often one of us would have to leave the beach with the fob to go let the others in. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Would recommend and would stay again. Walmart is just across the street!

Beautiful view, good location, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, great ice maker, AC worked great, front gate attendant very welcoming, drapes in LR worked great. Kitchen poorly equipped: no disposal, no strainer in the sink, no large chopping knife, only 2 teaspoons, no salad forks, light bulb out over bar. Several electrical outlets did not work Lavatory in small bath drained slowly No mattress pad on bed in large bed room Mattress soiled in small bed room, but there was a mattress pad.
