Top Rental at SEACHASE!!! Totally remodeled!!!

This beautiful beachfront condo has been just recently been renovated and is ready for rental. This condo is complete with all new furniture, new tile flooring with cozy rugs, all new appliances, new cabinets, new kitchen accessories, granite countertops and much more.

The master suite features a brand new king bed with new mattresses, a flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. There is also a oversized walk-in closet, room darkening curtains and an oversized jacuzzi tub. There is also access to the large balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The guest suite also has a brand new king bed and new mattresses with a TV/DVD, one large closet, linen closet, and a ceiling fan. There is also a private bath and shower attached.

The all new kitchen has been completely redone and has all new chrome appliances. The well stocked kitchen is perfect for eating in and the free standing ice machine makes filling coolers for the beach hassle-free.

The den features a large living area with a large comfy sectional sofa with other comfortable seating. There is also a 42 inch flat screen TV for your enjoyment complete with a DVD.

The view from the balcony is breath taking and being on the 10th floor allows you to see for miles as well as check on your family at all three outdoor pools. The pools are sprawled out across the property, one other being indoors. There are also hot tubs poolside and a grill.

Across the street is a variety of shopping centers containing grocery stores, variety stores, movie stores, a post office, a pharmacy and more. Also, there are restaurants and Adventure Island with Putt Putt golf and games for the whole family.

There is a guard around the clock and can assist you in any way. Also, the office is open daily and parking is never a problem.

Beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available on the beach.

From the moment we entered the unit seeing the breathtaking view of the gulf water from the large windows as well as this beautifully decorated condo unit, we knew this was our serenity for the week. The unit decor mimics the colors of the outside view. Everything was very well thought out. The unit was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were always well kept. Very accessible to the elevator, pools, hot tubs, and beach. Shopping centers were directly across the street. Our host messaged us immediately upon booking with every detail for our stay. Thank you for a wonderful beach getaway!

This a very nice & spacious condo. And it is located right across from the Publix and Walmart so super convenient to get your grocery needs when you get here. And the walking from the condo to the pool and beach are about as minimal as it can be. If you have a need for minimal walking this condo is a great option. The condo was fully remodeled and everything is as you see in the pictures.

We loved your condo. The decor was beautiful, inviting and so comfy. We'll be back on our next trip to Orange Beach.BTW - You have to have the security fob to get to the beach, it's not just for extra amenities. You do have two in the condo, which worked great for us.

SEACHASE STAY

The property was all well kept. Our unit that we stayed in was very beautifully done lots of room and easy to keep clean while we stayed. We loved all the pools the property had to offer. The property manager was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year!!!

Last Minute Change

There was a last minute change to the condo we stayed in due to circumstances the owner of the condo couldn’t control (unfinished work by a contractor). The owners found us another condo in the same development with the exact floor plan. It was a wonderful condo and we had a great time. We would definitely stay there again.

Best unit at SeaChase

The unit was perfect. Beds were so comfortable. The view was amazing being on the 10th floor. You had no obstruction to the east or west. This is the best unit we have ever stayed in at SeaChase! The owners were responisve and so easy to work with. We will definitely eve going back to this unit.

Great Property!

We loved our stay at SeaChase! The property and pools are so nice! It was all spread out, and nothing felt overly crowded. We loved our unit, especially the balcony furniture. It was so comfortable and sturdy. We enjoyed spending every morning out there watching dolphins. The only down side to this unit was it felt like it was cleaned in a rush. There were crumbs on the living room. We found the vacuum cleaner and cleaned it up super fast ourselves. Not a big deal. I just didn’t want our 10 month old trying to pick up other guests mess. The beds were super comfortable! We slept so well every night. Overall, I would definitely book this unit again!

Convenient

The room is bigger than pics make it seem, the layout of the condo is great, but the room is definitely in need of a good deep clean. The blue couch is stained up in multiple places making us not want to sit on it, the ottoman was also stained, the toilet in the master was dirty. The area around the stove and inside the stove were not cleaned well. Maybe the cleaner is the issue bc the property was nice.

Nice but needs some work

The balcony tiles are cracked/loose/buckling. Some are completely missing in the corner and they just put a statue on top. The dinning room table wobbled every time we sat down. The chairs to the dinning room table are on the verge of breaking, one of the seats is almost completely caved in. There were no blankets at all in the condo. Only sheets and a thin blanket on the beds so if you have anyone sleeping on an air mattress or pull out, you may want to bring a blanket. The sofas sound like you are breaking the pull out when you sit down. Minimal pot/pan options in the kitchen, and one short pair of tongs. Not quite long enough to grill on the pit without burning your hand. Pros- nice furniture on balcony and nice bathroom in the master.

Spring Break 2024

We had a great stay for our family spring break trip! The condo was beautiful (as pictured) and had everything we needed. We picked the location as the Sea Chase has multiple pools and hot tubs and were not disappointed. Plenty of options for the kids and the indoor pool building was great for the the cloudy March days! Tennis courts are also available with equipment for guests to use. On top of the condo and resort, the hosts were quick to respond and made check in/out a breeze. The location is also good and has plenty of options for dinner and shopping within walking distance. Looking forward to staying again!
