Esta unidad de piso séptimo cuenta con pisos nuevos, pintura y muebles de sala. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada perfecta para preparar comidas. Disfrutará del dormitorio principal junto a la playa, así como de la increíble vista desde el balcón frente al golfo, justo al lado de la sala de estar. Sunswept está situado directamente en la playa de azúcar blanco que se separa de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Este piso Orange Beach está a sólo seis millas al este de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Va a encontrar más modernas instalaciones comerciales directamente al otro lado de la calle. Iglesias, 10 campos de golf de primera clase, y la pesca son sólo una corta distancia.

The view was perfect!!! Loved that it was also visible from one of the bedrooms. Balcony very relaxing and had enough room for my husband and I to enjoy a meal outside together. It was very tranquil sitting out there and listening to the waves both day and night. The beach access was great with 2 showers. Washer and dryer is alway a plus inside the condo. Plenty of carts for bringing your belonging up and down; 2 elevators kept wait time down. You get a code so you do not have to keep up with a key. The location was wonderful- very close to grocery, dining, the marinas. I recommend the Surfside Pizza located across the street. Coastal was delicious also. You could technically walk to both but we drove. The appliances and TVs could use some updating.We will definitely book this property again!

Wonderful time! Great locations and price!! Condo was as described. Property managers were fantastic!! Answered questions at all times if the day; even after midnight!! Will definitely stay at the property again.

It was a great property and exactly the space we needed for our group. This is an older property that is a little less updated than some others; however, everything you needed was there. The lockbox check in process worked perfectly.My only complaint is that you were required to clean and put away all dishes, cups, and kitchen items before you left. Normally, beach houses only require you to run the dishwasher and then they’ll put up the kitchen items when the cleaning crew comes to prep it for the next guests. It was both slightly inconvenient to hand wash everything and get packed and checked out for 10 am, and also made you wonder how well the previous guests washed the kitchen items.

The property did have a great view. The toaster needs replacing. It burns the bottom half of the toast and doesn’t brown the top half. It would be nice to have has some salt and pepper and maybe a few spices available. Not a ton but just some basics. Thankfully I brought salt with me. The management on the property was very helpful

Great Location

Things I liked about this property - location, not crowded, no issues getting a parking spot when you leave and come back. Things I didn't like- the property has NO RESTROOM by the pool or beach. I have never been to a property that did not have restrooms by pool. This is a negative! Also, the condo's TV's were SO small. TV's are very cheap and i would invest in larger TV's. It also would have been nice if they had hair dryer's in the bathrooms. The towels felt like sand paper so I would suggest bringing your own. We honestly didn't use the kitchen at all as we were only there a few days so not sure if they had everything or not. The staff checking in were very nice. I just don't understand why you have to actually check in and not have a parking pass in your room and get a code emailed to you like most places always do.

Good however…..

Great location, clean, excellent parking and street access, simple and very friendly check-in. TVs are tiny;the largest is about 25” diagonal. The dryer only gets warm and needs repair as it would take hours to dry a load of clothes. Discovered this at 7pm the night before we left the next morning for a 11 hour drive home. I did call the emergency number however didn’t hear back for 40 minutes and by then we were at a laundromat drying clothes.

First night had sand in master bed. Someone vandalized the pool so NO POOL during vacation. Management asked handicapped patrons to move vehicle from front of building and did not offer closer parking. Management was rude

Nice area

Perfect spot at the beach, and balcony they are working on updating the outside. Very friendly in the office!! The inside condo was clean but run down, definitely needs some sprucing up!! Do not give you enough trash bags or toilet paper so bring your own. And no hairdryer. Definitely still a fun place but just not the amenities other VRBO has had. Will go again though too see the updates.

Fall Break Oct 2021

Condo was overall nice and comfortable. Couch, chairs, & bed all very comfortable. A couple things stopped working or were never working—Microwave stopped working on the 3rd day; light to left of couch was not working; bulb in second bedroom went out; 2 back burners on range not working; tv/satellite in master bedroom never worked even after calling the satellite help line; & lastly Dryer-It took 4 times running the dryer to get items dry. This was VERY frustrating and I remember reading this in prior reviews- seems this should be fixed. The location was great- right across from Walmart, ice cream shop, & pizza! I have stayed in nicer condos for similar pricing so seems may have been a bit overpriced especially for all the issues. Checkin was great- our condo was ready early which hardly ever happens & the office staff were very nice & helpful! Overall we had a great time but probably will not return to this condo.
