Welcome to Sunswept 202, a delightful 2 bedroom /2 bath condo located in the heart of
Orange Beach. This getaway will accommodate 6 guests very comfortably. Enjoy easy
access to the white sand beach or the refreshing pool. This is the perfect retreat to relax
and unwind from the day-to-day hustle of life.

The fully equipped spacious kitchen provides all that you need if you want to prepare
home cooked meals. The kitchen opens to the cozy living room, allowing the cook to
stay involved in the fun! Directly off from the living space is a private balcony where you
can have your morning coffee or evening beverage while taking in the breathtaking
sights of the Gulf. Should you decide to go out to eat instead, be sure you don’t miss out
on Zeke’s restaurant for seafood and a relaxed atmosphere. If you’re looking for
something a little different, check out Dick’s Last Resort.

Two inviting bedrooms, both with king-size beds, will ensure you experience a tranquil
rest. A queen-size air mattress is available as well to offer peaceful slumber. Everyone
is sure to feel rested to enjoy the next day’s fun and adventure.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking vacation
rental and no pets are permitted. 1 parking pass is permitted for 1 bedroom vacation
rentals, 2+ bedroom vacation rentals are allowed 2 passes. Check-in time is 4pm and
checkout time is 10am

We loved our view of the beach! Our host was super nice. Very easy to check in. Even after hours, which we did. The dishwasher had to be replaced but even the handyman (for lack of better words) was super nice as well. The whole property was well kept. We loved our stay!

Easy access to BEACH!! And that’s what we did! Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds! Shower, Nap then back to the beach! Docs Seafood was great, and Coastal Restaurant was fabulous!

Needed Getaway before School Starts.

Loved the rental. The lvl was great. We will want to stay on Lvl 2 again if not the exact same rental. Was perfect for My family and myself. The view the essential items in the rental and the ease of locations around rental. Walking distance. The Best was the Beach….. Absolutely loved the Rental and the Beach…. Will definitely be back. !!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

The manager came up to the room because the downstairs condo was leaking and she immediately knew where the leak was coming from so therefore they need to fix it with the HOA fees. She then ask my sons friend to come into the condo to see the leak without telling him who she was and when he said no you can’t come in- she said he creeped her out. The porch was dirty, the condo itself was clean but the outside where the HOA’s should cover needs to be updated and cleaned better. There was a smell in the hall on the way to the swimming pool. Location was great. We rented chairs and then they let others place their personal umbrellas in front of the people who paid for the front row. This was the first condo I’ve been too that don’t request then to either pay for the ones that are provided or place your personal ones behind the paid ones.

Great place to stay!

Loved the condo, beautiful beach view, great location! We enjoyed our visit. Definitely would stay there again. The only negative thing about the condo was the patio door was very hard to slide open and closed. Also had 2 unannounced maintenance visits. Would have been nice to have been notified of their visits.

The view was amazing! We enjoyed our stay!!!

Great location, easy enough to use the stairs. Our sliding door didn't lock but the staff made quick accommodations. Very comfortable vacation!!!

Great Condo

This was a great condo. The pool was nice and the location was wonderful. There was a Walmart marketplace across the street, a great mexican restaurant and other shops across the road. The beach was not crowded. We really enjoyed our trip.

Awesome getaway spot!

Sun Swept is a great location, sparkling pool, and the perfect size unit for a nice weekend getaway. The beds in unit 202 are super comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. The living and dining room furniture are new and comfortable. Sip coffee on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful beach morning. The property staff was also amazing.

Slightly short on towels

The condo was great, clean, beds were nice, pillows firm, was a bit surprised that the towels were small and thin, and just 2 each for a 4 night stay. Had to supply our own laundry supplies to be able to have clean towels for bathing. Otherwise the location was great, close to Walmart, and other places that were accommodating. Very short walk to beach. Nice lawn. Pool was nice. Would stay again but be better prepared. T from Ok

3 Star Condo

Six years in a row going to Orange Beach, this is a lower-end condo from previous places we stayed. Although overall clean, AC, water heater, fridge, stove, microwave, all worked well, the property was dated and needs a refresh. Kitchen had formica countertops, old cabinets with one drawer that could not be fully opened, rusted sink part, broken handle on the microwave, carpet in the bedrooms, and old doors. There was a smell (skunkish - maybe pest spray?) when you initially walked in, but after a while you get used to it, until you leave again and walk back in – smell was there. There is a public beach entrance next to the property, populating the beach with non-resident of the condos. Outside looked newly painted, but the walkways were not finished and dirty. This condo gives the feel of a pure investment property. We give this one a 3 star.

Very close to the beach. Spectacular view!

Breathtaking view from the living room balcony and the bedroom. The room is on the second floor , very close to the stairs no need to wait for the elevators. The beach is a few steps away and at night we enjoyed listening to the ocean sitting on the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only thing we found wrong was that some of the lights did not work in the living room and the windows in the bedroom facing the ocean don’t open. These things did not bother us we still had a very enjoyable stay and will come back .

Great Beach

Great access to beach. Outside of building could use an update. Negative problems with this condo were leak under sink from gabage disposal, fridge ice maker had a leak into fridge - water sitting at the bottom, cock roaches were in the condo several times and chairs on balcony were very uncomfortable.

Love the Beach

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing was that the construction noise was almost unbearable. We basically had to leave the condo while it was going on. Our door did not lock unless we used the deadbolt so while we were out it was unlocked. Otherwise I would stay there again. Great location.

Beautiful property but is getting old and several things wrong inside. Door to porch is defective and requires great strength to open. Master bed and bath doors do not close enough to lock. Grungy grout in corners of bath. Master bedroom mattress very soft. Pretty view directly off back porch. Easily to beach with no elevator necessary. Great location.

4 day getaway

We had a great vacation. The condo was clean and perfect for us. We don’t mind that the furniture was a little outdated as others have stated in reviews. The only negative was that there was no cable. Without my Netflix account, we would’ve been without tv.

Beach Closed, but the pool was great!
