Stunning Views of the Gulf & Perdido Pass from 7th Floor at Phoenix East II

This beautiful 7th-floor condo at Phoenix East II can be just the spot for your next family beach vacation. Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Alabama Point. Watch boats as they head out & return through Perdido Pass.

Phoenix East II is a low-density property that offers a quiet respite away from the crowds. It’s situated along a beautiful "dead-end" stretch of the coastline (hence fewer people) and is just minutes to outstanding restaurants, shopping, and all the activities and entertainment the area has to offer.

The condo can host up to 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, as follows:

- Primary bedroom with king size bed, private full bath, views of the beach and access to the balcony.

- Secondary bedroom with king size bed.

- Third bedroom (sleeps 6) with 2 bunk beds. Each bunk has a twin over full-size bed.

- 2nd full bath off hallway.

The condo also boasts a spacious living room, featuring a new leather sectional with 3 built-in recliners; a large flat-screen television; a fully-equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze; free WiFi; and a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise.

You'll also have access to all the onsite amenities, including direct beach access, the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, BBQ area and sauna.

Up to two parking passes can be purchased for $55 each. A separate link will be sent to you to buy passes online in advance of your arrival. Wristbands to use all the property amenities are free of charge.

LOCAL DIRECT SUPPORT: The condo is hosted locally by a single point of contact who's just a call or text away!

SPECIAL OCCASION? If you're visiting the coast for a special occasion - birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc., we'd be happy to display some themed decorations in the condo at no extra charge! Just let us know when you book!

Great Condo!

Beautiful condo right on Orange Beach! It's updated and very nice! The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen needs a large skillet, but is well equipped otherwise. Communication with the owner was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We had a very happy vacation stay in this property.

The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The furniture in the condo was all incredibly comfortable and inviting. We found the condo to be excellent as far as hearing any neighbors side to side or above us. Nicki was timely and friendly with any communication. We had an incredible week with beautiful weather. The beaches and surrounding areas were all family friendly and extremely relaxing. This was our first time to Orange Beach and we could not have been more impressed with the condo and all that Orange Beach had to offer. Thank you, Nicki for a great family vacation spot

Wonderful!

We did our first family road trip.. grandma, kids and grandkids. This condo met all our needs, location was perfect and we loved the low density beach. Often we had the pool to ourselves! Any issues were promptly addressed by our host who was super responsive. My daughter even forgot her jewelry case and Nikki mailed it back without charge. Would book again if we come back to this area.

Overall very nice stay!

We arrived just before 4 pm and checked in without any problems other than being a few minutes early and having to wait until 4 pm for the code to activate on the door. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked and the property owner was kind enough to leave Keurig coffee pods for those interested and a few snacks. The first aid kit came in very handy as well and we appreciated the extra trash bags left for us. There were plenty of towels for each bathroom. The only thing that was a challenge was the clothes washer was tricky to figure out. It wouldn't wring the clothes out very well at first, but then we figured it out. We would be very happy to stay here again.

A Piece of Heaven

We have friends who are snowbirds and stay in Foley, AL all winter. 4 of us travel to Orange Beach to vacation together. This was our 4th trip and this was the best condo we have stayed in. Great location, amazing condo layout. Could not ask for more. Lots of walks on the beach. Plenty of laughs and relaxation. Looking foward to net year.

Exceptional Condo!

Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Very comfortable beds, living room furniture and balcony furniture. 3 bedrooms all were beautifully done. If you have children they would love the 3rd bedroom with the bunks. Kitchen was well equipped.The walk in master shower was great.Very nice washer and dryer. Very good communication with our host Nicki. Centrally located to go either to Pensacola or Gulf Shores/Foley area. **just a couple suggestions Could use new fry pans in the kitchen. Food sticks to themGrab bars in the master shower should be installed for safety. Something all seniors needAlso, think the dryer vent needs a good cleaning. Doesn’t seem to dry like it probably should even cleaning the screen every drying cycle. Still a 5 star review.Enjoy this condo

We live locally and got it for the night, so the kids could swim in the indoor pool. Everything was great. 55 for parking, for the one night, seemed excessive (I understand this is done by the property and not the owner, so i did not let it affect my review.)

Wonderful room/stay

This was such a beautiful condo. We absolutely love the condo, love the location, enjoyed our stay. Had a couple things that had happened while we were there. The owners took care of it ASAP. We didn’t feel like they were in our way. we were not in their way. We felt like the parking could’ve been a little bit better for handicap accessible. They only had a couple spots the rest was owner parking, but that does not have anything to do with the owners. Beautiful condo, definitely worth the stay. The pictures are very accurate. The property was wonderful. The beach was wonderful. We all really enjoyed our trip.

Great - would stay again.

ENJOYED THIS CONDO. Exactly as described. Kitchen was nice with an excellent amount of kitchen gadgets. The outdoor patio furniture is fantastic. Master bath is great. It would be nice if beach towels were provided. Not crazy about the $55 parking fee considering there were ample spots and its the off season. Otherwise it was great and I would stay again.
