Perfect condo for our group!

This is our second time staying at the Caribe and it really is a great resort. So many pools and things to do on site and also a great location. Very private and just far away from everything that it’s peaceful and quiet but also close enough to get anywhere you need in under 10 mins. This condo unit was the perfect set up for our group and we loved that the bunk room had bigger beds for older teens. Great communication with the owner and no issues at all during our entire stay. We will definitely stay again if we travel back to Orange Beach!

We got stuck in Orange Beach due to weather at home (not a bad place to be stuck) so we had to find lodging for 7 people. The host allowed us to check in early which is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Great trip!

We brought our 11 year olds for a long weekend trip for their birthday and they had a blast! Really fun for kids of all ages. Condo was plenty of room for my family of 6. Clean and everything we needed.

Fantastic condo!!!

The unit was beautiful! Very clean and nicely decorated. The master bed was really comfortable. The owner was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. Check in and out was easy. The B building is definitely our preferred building to stay in. Great complex and perfect condo! We would absolutely stay here again!

Pros: - Nice area, good restaurants, friendly people, good view, nice beach - Spacious condo, great balcony, well-stocked kitchen, room for guests Cons: - Condo is dated, several appliances were not working correctly. Carpet badly needs to be cleaned. - Owner was difficult and at times rude to work with. - Highway noise was distracting on the balcony.

One of our best vacations! Condo was super clean with great view of the Gulf of Mexico! So many amenities and local attractions on site. Best of all tho was dealing with the owner, Art. He was very responsive and made check-in super easy. Will stay again!

Great stay by all !

Our family had a great stay at Art's condo! We had a great view of the Gulf Coast, and a great balcony to sit on and enjoy the view. Art was very helpful and easy to communicate with! The only problem we had was someone was parked in our reserved parking spot, and he resolved that problem right away. The only suggestion I have is more washcloths & hand towels in the master bedroom as we only had 2. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks again Art for all your help!

Excellent in every way. Close to the touristy areas but not right in the middle. Plenty of things to do at the resort if you don't want to trek out to the beach. Make sure you grab a bite at Cobalt while you're there.
