PARKING INFO:
Your reservation with us did not include any parking fees. Silver Beach requires guests to register with the HOA and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA. In your check in email from Alabama Getaway you will find a link to register and purchase your parking passes from Silver Beach HOA. There is a 2 vehicle max. No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed to park. Please reach out to us if you need overflow or oversized parking offsite.

Pet Restrictions (per the condo HOA):
* 1 max between Memorial Day to Labor Day; 2 max other times of the year.
* Max 40lbs weight limit
* Must be on leash at all times outside the condo while on condo property
* No dogs allowed on pool deck or beach (city ordinance)
* Cannot be left unattended on balcony
* Pet owners must clean up after pets
* Pets who threaten, excessively bark will not be tolerated.
* Completed and signed Pet Addendum required

Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
