  • Welcome to Shoalwater 604—a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Designed with families in mind, this inviting retreat offers beautiful Gulf views, comfortable accommodations, and everything you need for a relaxing Orange Beach getaway.

    Step into the bright and open living area, where comfortable furnishings and stunning Gulf views create the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to a private Gulf-front balcony overlooking the sugar-white sand and emerald waters, while the primary bedroom also enjoys access to its own Gulf-front balcony for even more opportunities to take in the coastal scenery. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining areas, making it easy to prepare meals and spend time together. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience throughout your stay.

    The primary bedroom features a King bed, private balcony access, and a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two Twin beds, providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has plenty of space and convenience during their stay.

Great Location and Price

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Great view of the Gulf and convenient location to entertainment as well as great restaurants. Easy check in and friendly. The condo had plenty of room and comfortable to fit all our needs.

Overall a good stay

Beach was not crowded. Location was convenient for us. Property was a bit dated but had the space we needed. Overall a good choice.

Shoal Water vacation 2020

We absolutely loved the location and convenience to everything. Waking up & having coffee on the balcony was heaven. Are only complaint was the kitchen was not fully stocked with pots & pans, no pot holders. We cooked breakfast everyday. We had to go and buy a few items to be able to cook.

Pleasant stay

Property is a bit dated and could use some upgrades, but we expected that from the other reviews. It didn't effect our trip as we spent most of our time enjoying the views from the patio or beach. We had a great time and we had everything in the room that we needed to have a great trip. We were so thankful for the indoor pool since the weather got chilly during our stay.

The condo complex, location, managers, view, pool all excellent! But matresses and furniture all need replaced. Bedsprings poking through the mattress in one room, couch and cushions of dining table and outdoor table heavily worn. Had fully equipt kitchen and plenty of room. Could be a really awesome place! Still had a great time.

Pleasantly surprised

Arrived on a Sunday but the check in process was easy. Driving in Orange Beach is a nightmare. Condo was located in a nice location. Reviews made me expect the worst. But it was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of furniture for the whole family to be comfortable. Having an indoor and outdoor pool was wonderful on the cool days. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Matresses and bedding were old and worn Furniture was stained and worn. Kitchen appliances were nice. Bathttub/shower was dirty looking.

Great view and amenities but the condo and property needs definite updating. The crowd was loud and disrespectful even into the night. Would not go back to that location.

A Great Place to Relaz

The balcony was a perfect size for sitting out and enjoying the view. There was one issue with a clogged shower drain, but it was taken care of within a couple hours. We couldn't have asked for a better place to rest and relax for a week.

Better pack EVERYTHING!

Better pack everything! The condo is very sparsely furnished. We had go buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and what we didn’t buy, we made do. There weren’t even sheets for the pull out bed. Other than that, it has a great view and location.

Only suggestion I have is to have better blackout curtains in 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Too much light comes in from the sides of the curtains at night from the lights for the main balcony outside.
