Shoalwater 202, Beachfront Home Away From Home

Shoalwater 202 is a renovated, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with tile floors throughout, white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy views of the sugar white sand beach and emerald water of the Gulf from the entry, kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom.



The master bedroom has a king-size storage bed and full-size desk with a rolling office chair so if you have to work, "work from home" with a beach view. The first and second guest rooms each have a queen-size storage bed. All three bedrooms and both bathrooms have luxurious hotel-quality linens, which are 100% fresh for every guest (no reused comforters or shams here!). The master bathroom has a tiled tub-shower combo, and the second bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped for guests who love to cook and features both a Keurig single-cup coffee maker and a 12-cup drip machine.



Pack light! Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on Shoalwater’s beach through Alabama Beach Chairs from March 1 to October 31 (weather dependent), one set of two chairs and an umbrella will be *INCLUDED* with your rental. Additionally, six beach towels and two Igloo Playmate coolers can be found in the laundry area.

Shoalwater Condominium has 12 floors, with 6 units per floor for a total of 72 units. Many of the owners do not rent their units so we have found that except for a few times per year (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc.), Shoalwater is generally a much lower-density property than many in the area. All of the building’s amenities as well as the beach are very easy to access from our unit.
