From the balcony, you can SEE FULL SUNRISES AND SUNSETS as well as HEAR THE SURF CRASH ON THE BEACH from 11 floors up!
3 new 4K ROKU TVS (Two 55" and one 43") plus a new dining room table and chairs. New sleeper sofa with a tempurpedic type mattress for comfort. New floors in the two bedrooms (No More Carpet!).

This condo rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals for our summer season rates. This condo rents at a 3 day minimum for the spring and fall seasonal rates. For the months of January, February and March, this condo is ONLY RENTED on a calendar month to calendar month basis.

The potential guest may rent the month of January or the month of February or the month of March or any combination of those months (one, two or all three months) but may not "split" a month into a 5,6 or 7 week period. Please note that the monthly rate quoted is for ONE CALENDAR MONTH

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. Refunds of 50% will be issued within 30 days of arrival date.

Owner strongly suggests that guests obtain trip/vacation cancellation insurance.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Fully appointed kitchen (with new granite counter tops) includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry room with full size washer and dryer with storage cabinets and shelves, freshly painted rooms, all with crown molding, other features include 9-foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room, central heating and air conditioning, a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space, guest bath with new shower curtain and shower head, separate bar sink area (including a new granite counter top). Also, brand new floors in the bedrooms (NO CARPET ANYWHERE!).

Newly painted Master bathroom has a new fully tiled walk in shower (with new dual shower head) there is a 2 person jetted whirlpool tub. Freshly painted guest bathroom has new shower curtain and new dual shower head.

Kitchen:
Two coffee makers (Keurig & regular), dishes, utensils & cookware, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, flat surfaced electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, new cabinets, fully stocked, with views of the Gulf while you cook.

Entertainment:
Books, DVD Player, Blue Ray, Games, Satellite / Cable, Over 100 channels, multiple flat panel TVs, living room has 55" 4K ROKU LED TV, blue ray, Wi Fi enabled for NetFlix, Video Library (video library in the cabinet under the TV).
Enjoy the Honor Wine bar, take one replace one.
Toys: Closet full of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart. You do not need to bring anything.

Spacious condo. One of the best supplied condos I have stayed in. I did not have to buy more paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods or laundry detergent. The condo was quiet and the Gulf views were beautiful. Conveniently located near great restaurants. Having 2 king sized beds was a great option for my family.

Everything you read about this condo is 100% true. The cleanliness the view the open floor plan all awesome. Very short walk to the beach literally right out the door. The kids will also love the pools.

Idyllic Orange Beach oasis!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Our two boys (ages 6 & 8) shared the second bedroom and our daughter (20 months) slept in the pack and play in the master, which had plenty of space for this. The living area was comfortable and spacious and we loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the amazing ocean view. And you just can’t beat this location being a mere steps from the sand! We also loved its proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, the bays, etc. Thank you Frank for sharing your beautiful condo with us!!

The perfect place in Orange Beach - believe what you see on YouTube!

Our 2nd year at Seachase - again did not disappoint! Very comfortable with all amenities available! Right on Orange Beach with great pool facilities and family-friendly atmosphere! Close to shopping and many fine restaurants within a 10-minute drive. The owner really cares about his guests - it shows in the decoration of the condo! Thank you again, Frank & Andrea - look forward to next year! God bless!

We had a great time at the beach

This property was amazing. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and had lots of little perks that just made the whole trip better. The view of the Gulf from the 11th floor was beautiful. Even on the days when the weather wasn't so good the pools and hot tubes were very inviting, On the good days when we could get out on the beach the beach toys and beach equipment made the day even more pleasurable. Our host, Frank, was very accommodating and made the check in process very smooth and easy. I will certainly check this property again for availability the next time we go to Orange Beach.

Annual Fall Get-a-way

My husband and I make an annual Fall Get-a-Way to the Gulf. We have always stayed at Sea Chase. We love the location. The Condo at 1102C exceeded our expectations! We loved it! It was a very clean condo and contained all the little things that made our stay truly a relaxing time at the Gulf! This Condo is a real winner!
