Romar Lakes 202A is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the second floor, offering a peaceful lakefront view. From the balcony, enjoy calm water, native coastal greenery, and a serene setting - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation with the gentle sounds of nature.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, with three additional barstools for extra seating.

• A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

• Skip the long lines - keyless entry provides easy check-in and check-out.

• A maximum of two vehicles is allowed.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

We loved the view from the balcony, and saw turtles, birds, and alligators. The condo was in a great spot, and was easy to find. It was a quiet area. The pool is amazing! I loved that there was an elevator for carrying the heavy things. We loved this space so much!

This is the second time I have stayed at Romar lakes. I like the area. it was cooler to be there the 1st time in October 2 years ago. The places are set up nice and highly recommended. The lake's wild life was nice to see again. Way more privacy than a hotel room and all the main comforts of home.

Beautiful condo w/very short walk to beach

Staff was so communicative from my first interaction! They were so gracious and helpful, even with an early check-in (may not be available for everyone). You will love this adorable condo. Everything was very clean. Loved the view out back from the large balcony, and on the opposite side, you can take a 5-7 min walk across the street to the beach. The beach is also very clean. My only recommendation is make sure you do bring your own toilet paper, condiments and other necessities. The supplies for guests are very limited as they state in their instructions. Highly recommend this location.

The living and dining being open was plenty big enough for our whole family of 5 to hang out, even with a teenager and a tween! It seemed private while still being in a great location. The communication with the host is unmatched!

Nice place and great location!

The condo was nice and fit our family of 5 well. The beds were comfortable, living space was nice, the balcony and sunsets were beautiful with a pond view and nature to watch, and the location was great. The deeded access is directly across the street at the crosswalk, and there’s a public Romar beach access right up the road that was really nice and not crowded (only $10 to park/day). The kids enjoyed the pool it was only 4ft deep in the “deep” end, which was good for us! The management team was very kind and responsive to an issue we had.

Loved watching the wildlife!

Sitting on the back balcony and watching the alligators, turtles, and blue herons was truly a highlight of our trip! The condo was plenty spacious for the 3 of us and a just short walk to the beach!

This is a great location to the beach and alot cheaper than the beach front properties. The deck backed up to a body of water and we able to watch an alligator, which my kids loved. We would stay here again.

It was very quiet and had beautiful sunsets from the room we had. Pool was cold but the kids still swam in it. It was close to our cheer competition and had some nice places to eat out.

Good stay

Great size and comfortable for our stay. Loved the kitchen, big tv and deck. Brought our binoculars and seen an alligator in the water behind the condo. Parking was right at the steps. Improvements might include fixing a loose toilet seat and replacing a shower curtain. Mngment brought a shower curtain, but it didnt fit without rings. Would stay here again.

Very pleasant

We loved our stay! What we enjoyed the most is the cleanliness, seeing the alligators, and all the nature from back deck. It was hard to see from inside due to windows that badly need to be replaced. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The restaurant on the property was the best we have had in Orange Beach. My husband and I are in 60's so it was perfect for us. If prices are kept affordable and room kept clean you will defiantly see us again. Shout out for anyone who may rent this unit. (Please respect the owner's property! We were always taught to leave a rental in as good a shape as you found it. This can really benefit all that are involved by helping the renter keep prices down so that your average person can afford to rent. It is just the right thing to do). Thank you so much!!!!
