With just steps away to the pool and beach this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom tropical condo is on the ground floor of the beautiful Phoenix VIII. It sleeps up to eight guests and has amenities for all to enjoy.

·         Flat screen televisions are in the bedrooms and living area

·         Living area has a queen sofa sleeper, stereo system, and DVD player

·         Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances

·         Dining area has a table that seats four and a kitchen bar with two stools

·         King size bed, access to balcony, and DVD player in the carpeted master bedroom

·         Combination shower and tub and extended vanity in the master bathroom

·         Tiled balcony has a table with four chairs to enjoy the breathtaking gulf front view

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach! We loved having the bottom level access to the pool/beach. The porch was much larger than expected and we thought it was an easy process to get checked-in and out.

Everything you need and nothing you might

The condo itself was clean and has everything you need but there are no extras so make sure you bring EVERYTHING you might need down to salt and pepper. The Phoenix properties are clean and quiet and the area is great. We love it. I wish the WiFi password had been displayed or easy to find. Ended up having to make two phone calls to get online. That was the only “issue” we had. It was a wonderful fall break!

At first I was concerned of being on the 1st floor and close to lobby but I was surprised at how quiet and convenient the condo was. I had easy access to pool and beach with a wonderful patio that was private and spacious. I loved this unit. I would definitely rent again. The ice maker didn’t work but we but our drinks in freezer for a while and really never missed it.

Great week!

We really enjoyed staying here, and loved being on the first floor! Our own access to the pool and the beach without having to navigate the elevator or lobby was fantastic. We wish the washing machine/dryer had been fixed while we were there, but we worked around it. I would love to return to this unit!

Great spot right on the water.

We enjoyed our stay with our family. We brought our 4 children who loved the pool and beach right in past the dunes. The patio on the main level was by far the best part. It was very easy keeping the beach stuff on the patio for easy accessibility to the beach. We will come back.
