Property is located in the community of Summer Salt. Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house and community pool area.

Other things to note:

☀ Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into November
☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

The co-hosts for this property (Madison & Cody) will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! Our hope is that you enjoy our little slice of paradise as much as we do while making memories with your friends and family that last a lifetime!

The house almost ruined our vacation. First, it is not as pictured. It was simply nasty. If we would have had another place to go, we would have left. Instead my wife and daughter spent several hours mopping ALL floors and hand drying them with towels. We vacuumed all carpets, stripped the beds and washed all linens.- There were numerous clumps of long black hair around the house, including on the sheets in an upstairs bedroom, the bathroom floor, the carpet of the master bedroom, and under the dining room table.- The living room swivel chairs were badly stained- The sofa bed in the living room had not been cleaned. Sand, hair, dirt, a toy and a hair clip were on the bed when we pulled it out - ALL of the decorative pillows, including the bunk bed pillows, had stains on them.- Almost every wall had dirt and scuffmarks. It looked dirty and unkept.Items that were broken or needed repair: - The dish washer had standing water and dried detergent in the dispenser. No power was connected to it.- The vent fan stove lights were blown (we replaced them). - The upstairs shower needed plunging - it had standing water even while taking a short shower. The lack of furniture in the upstairs bedrooms was unbelievable. No dressers! We used an ironing board to hold jewelry and phones.We made it work. But for what we paid, it DID NOT meet our expectations.
