Stylish Beachfront Living Phoenix X 1204

Phoenix 10 Unit 1204 is a spacious and inviting three-bedroom, two-bath condo that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a single vanity, a separate water closet, and a tub-shower combination with a sliding door. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, while the third bedroom includes two full-size beds, making it perfect for families or groups.

The living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen-size sofa sleeper and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. A large dining table seats eight, with two additional barstools at the breakfast bar for extra seating. Flat-screen TVs are available throughout the condo for entertainment. The second bathroom also features a tub-shower combination with a sliding door.

Step outside onto the tiled balcony, where comfortable seating offers a perfect spot to take in the fresh Gulf air.

Located in the popular Phoenix 10, this condo is just a short distance from the famous Flora-Bama, making it an ideal choice for a fun and relaxing beach getaway.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Long waits, Filthy room, No Air Conditioner, Loud Construction

We were never given any check in information through email or VRBO. So on our drive up I emailed to ask. Their response was check in at the front desk. Upon arrival I waited in a long line to speak to the front desk. There was only one person working and she had her hands full. After finally getting up to her to check in. She says she can’t find out name anywhere. I tell her we have a confirmation number. Her response was I need the number to your unit and a code. We were not given either. So I had to get out of line and call Brett/Robinson. I sit on hold over 30 minutes and then was told the front desk has everything you need. Then Wait in the long line again, after telling her my confirmation number she found it. She did not have both keys to our room so made me step out of line again. The whole check in took over an hour. There was another woman in line saying they had been there eleven hours and still did not have keys to their room. We finally get to our room and it is filthy. There are dirty and crusty spots on the sheets and blankets. The bedding had not been washed at all. We spent the first day cleaning all of the bedding. There was dust/dirt/sand on the floor in the master bathroom. The air conditioner did not cool and made a loud whistling sound heard throughout the whole condo. The toilets did not flush properly and took much patients and jiggling the handle to get to flush. There was lots of construction going on and this was never mentioned to us when booking our stay. There was banging on the floor above us (13, which was under construction) the entire time starting between 6 -7 A.M. each morning. There was also loud construction noises down below our balcony the entire stay from them fixing the pool. No quiet peaceful balcony sits. They did not tell us the out door pool was shut down (which was a big bummer for the kids. One has severe eczema and cannot play in the salt water of the ocean because it burns her skin).

We had a good family vacation staying

The unit we stayed at was great overall. The only complain I'd have is the Internet connection. It only worked for a couple hours in the entire time we stayed there (3 nights). The service desk was great, whatever issue we had would be taken care of when we called them to report. They had the internet technician came up to fix it, it worked for couple hours, but extremely slow after that that we could not even streaming any app on the TV. I would stay at this property again if the Internet connection is faster :)
