This beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers stunning coastal views, modern finishes, and direct beach access. Located next to the iconic Flora-Bama, you’re perfectly positioned for both relaxation and entertainment.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, coastal décor, and tile flooring throughout. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk beds, making it ideal for families or small groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, white cabinetry, a tile backsplash, and both a standard coffee maker and Keurig. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four or the additional bar seating for two.

We enjoyed everything. We would have rather a shorter walk to the elevators from our room. Also, a hot tub outside would had been nice. Overall, everything was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We took our high school graduate and his two closest friends for a last get away before they go their separate ways for post graduation plans. This spot was perfectly located!

Perfect stay for mullet toss

Perfect place for a flora bama weekend! Everything was as described- some things could be addressed, such as the slow draining bathroom sink, but overall was a great condo! Water pressure in shower was amazing! All communications were great- check in/out was a breeze. We will be back!!

Disappointing things

Only bad thing was the couch and bed. Couch sank in and was hard to get out of. Bed was soft and squeaked. Bedroom door need oiling. A Light missing above dining table. Otherwise things were good

Review

3/19/22 We had a nice stay at Phoenix 10 building. This is my 2nd time in this building. All the amenities are very nice with new amenities coming in the future. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony and the balcony was pretty protected from the wind overall. This building is pretty centrally located to all the good restaurants. Only thing to be aware of is the noise you can hear from the people in the halls especially late at night. Although this did wake me up a couple times I put some sound on and it was fine the rest of the week. Overall a great stay for both adult only or family vacationers.
