This luxury 12'th floor condominium has three bedrooms, one king, and 3 queens beds, and two baths with 1500 square feet plus a large ocean front balcony with unobstructed views both east and west. The Foster OBA Phoenix Rentals is an ocean front unit with the large living area and master bedroom both ocean front. The kitchen is fully equipped even with a wine cooler. An Outdoor Cooking area by the pool is handy. No long walk to this unit as we are building center, so just a few short steps to the door. This unit includes one reserved parking space to be requested at the front desk space 12. Additional 2 spaces $60/space. ** WIFI code SVIwifi61208


This gated complex is the perfect place to vacation. The condo has new 18' tile flooring throughout, and is well equipped to provide you with quality accommodations. There are four indoor elevators and utility carts to easily transport your belongings. During summer season, preference is given to requests of 4 or more nights.

There are two shopping centers 1/2 mile west including 3 grocery stores, medical facility and dollar stores. While the area specializes in wonderful seafood restaurants there are many restaurants for every taste and budget. There are 3 large hot tubs, heated indoor swimming pool, and a boardwalk directly to the beach's white sands.

Beautiful view! We love the layout of the condo. All of the amenities were there to get you started. Plenty of kitchen things. Beds were comfortable plenty of water, pressure and hot water. The tile floors were easy to clean. We loved it and would stay again.

The property was as listed and was clean with great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was spacious with adequate seating. We had one minor issue and the owners were quick to resolve it. The pools were very nice with quick and easy access to the beach. We hope to be back soon!

This condo at Phoenix was wonderful! The location is fabulous and has beautiful views. The condo was large, clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we could possibly need! The owners were also very friendly and answered all of quickly. I definitely recommend them!

There's was lots of room for the whole family, both to hang out and for quiet time. A very nice, easy walk to a great beach. Close to good places to eat and local grocery store and an easy drive to our cheer competition location at "The Warf."

The unit was real nice. The beds were too hard though. The property itself was very nice but there were only 2 of the 4 elevators working and waiting for an elevator was a nightmare!!! Waiting 20 mins to get off the 12th floor was unacceptable!! I will do more research before booking this property again!!

This condo was exactly what was described and pictured. It was spacious and allowed us to spread out and rest. The porch was amazing and offered us an additional place to eat lookin over the gulf. The condo was clean and central to all we needed. We would certainly go back to stay again.

We had a great stay here. The place was very clean, well stocked, everything worked, and the beds were comfortable. It was every bit as nice as the pictures, if not nicer. Also, there was very easy access from the undercover parking space to the elevator, and to the door of condo. We would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at this property last year during the State Cup soccer tournament in Foley and it was just as great this year. Beautiful property and view - made for a relaxing break from the tournament and well worth the drive

Such a beautiful place pictures do not do it enough justice of how big the condo actually is. The balcony was awesome as well as we had a couple meals out there with the big dining room table like. The building is perfect 3 hot tubs an indoor and outdoor pool very safe to with having to check in with the front. Place is perfect for any family little kids or big kids.this condo is really close to great food places like The Gulf and Takcy Jacks. We loved it and hope we can come stay again!!

Location was good. The room would have been fine except the air was not working when we arrived which made the floors and everything in the condo sweat and damp. The property owner sent someone in a timely manner once we were able to get ahold of her. Then the AC worked enough for the rest of our stay.
