Nice property

The property was nice. Friendly staff. The condo it self needed more sweeping and bathrooms needed more attention.

Unit Was Filthy Upon Arrival

First of all our check in was delayed 21/2 hours with no explanation. Secondly, when we FINALLY were allowed to enter the unit, it was absolutely filthy. Sand covered the counter tops amd in the kitchen sink. Greedy handprints all over fridge. Rice crispies were on the kitchen floor. There was tooth paste remnants in both bathroom sinks. Cheese-it crumbs everywhere. Pubic hair was in the shower. The sheets were wrinkled under the comforter. They looked as if they had not been changed. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this unit.

It was decent

I traveled with my husband, and 2 daughters ages 14 and 9.There are physical keys to access this unit which was inconvenient, but we managed to not lose them! There are no rugs in this unit. The fridge leaked water the whole time destroying over 100.00 of food. I tried to remedy this several times by placing a bowl in the fridge to catch the water but there wasn't a placement that would catch the water 100%. There was a drawer missing in the bottom of the fridge where I placed a beach towel to soak up the water before it leaked out onto the tile floor causing it to be very slick. The icemaker did not work either. A repair man came a few days after I informed the property manager but no repairs took place at that time. Please replace the fridge. Other than that the unit was fine. No wow factor other than the view.

needs work!

dirty carpet, dirty baseboards, no water pressure in the showers, thin walls-we literally heard everything the people above us did and our girls in the other room too, people were outside late at night being loud-apparently security was not available
