balcony or the sprawling floor-to-ceiling 10` high windows in the living room and primary
bedroom. With over 1770 spacious sq. ft, this unit is conveniently located just one door down
from the elevator lobby, has keyless entry, is professionally decorated, offers direct access to
the immaculate shores of Orange Beach, and has only been on the rental market for one year!

The living area of our condo is designed for your comfort and entertainment. It features a
Marantz stereo receiver, Klipsch surround sound, a radio frequency remote, a 75` Smart TV, a
Blu-Ray dvd player, Dish Network, and plush, overstuffed seating. Each bedroom offers a
40`flat-screen TV, and there is free High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the space and balcony,
ensuring you stay connected during your stay.

Our condo, a haven of comfort, can accommodate up to 10 guests. Each bedroom is a sanctuary
of relaxation, featuring new tile flooring, luxurious mattresses, high-thread-count sheets, a TV,
and a ceiling fan. The main bedroom, with its beachfront balcony access and a king-size bed, is a
retreat within a retreat. Bedroom 2 includes two queen-size lift beds, and bedroom 3 offers two
queen beds. The adjoining bathrooms are stocked with deluxe towels and convenient soap and
shampoo dispensers.

The Laundry room includes a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. You`ll find a range of
laundry products like stain removers, detergents, and fabric softeners to enhance your laundry
routine.

Recreation features include:
• Direct beach access.
• A fantastic zero-entry outdoor pool with a water slide that connects to a lazy river.
• A large splash pad.
• A heated indoor swimming pool.
• A large Jacuzzi

The state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf makes this the perfect all-in-one.
Multi-level covered parking.

Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival - a one-time fee of
$55 per vehicle. 3-bedroom units at Phoenix Orange Beach II allow purchase - up to (2) parking
passes. Additional passes may be available depending on the complex`s occupancy during your
stay. Each association sets the cost of parking passes and is subject to change at any time
without notice. Also, please note that RVs (or extended vans with RV hookups), trailers, boats,
jet skis, and similar are prohibited in garages OR overflow lots.

Parking: You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and we input your information into VRPaccessdotcom and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle for the entire stay. The maximum number of passes that can be purchased for this unit is 2 but based upon occupancy of the complex during your stay, it might be possible to purchase additional passes at the building’s service desk (note: additional passes likely won’t be available during peak seasons).

Chair and umbrella can be rented from Ike`s Beach Service.

The minimum age to reserve the unit is 25, and this age limit will be strictly enforced; no
refunds will be given for violations.

Truly impressive! This property is so well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could imagine you may need for a beach vacation. The owner has thought of all the details, even in the laundry area and bathrooms. The balcony was roomy and the furniture was super comfy. Gorgeous spot to enjoy breakfast or morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim by. This is easily my favorite place to stay in Orange Beach. We will definitely rebook the next time we go!!
