With all new furniture, new mattresses and fresh paint, this condo could be your ideal family vacation home-away-from-home!

The views from the living room, along with the comfortable leather furniture and stylish beach décor, will start your vacation off right. Enjoy watching the game with friends or a perfect movie night on the large 65-inch flat screen television. The couch also folds out to a queen sleeper with upgraded comfort gel foam mattress!

Step into the kitchen equipped with all the comforts of home! You can enjoy a quick morning bite at the breakfast bar set for 4 before hitting the lazy river! Take a lunch break at the dining table that seats 6. You'll also enjoy the in-room ice machine located in the wet bar! If you and your guests want to get out for an evening of the scrumptious local fare, be sure to bring home leftovers! The unit's brand-new fridge can hold tasty treats for your next meal!

In the master suite, you can wake to the unique views of the back bay from the comfort of your king size bed. The bedroom also has direct access to the balcony overlooking the pool and lazy river! The second bedroom also features a king size bed and large flat screen television, making it a second master suite. The third bedroom features 2 queen-size beds and adjoining bathroom, perfect for any remaining family or friends to stay as well!

This vacation rental is what tropical dreams are made of! Enjoy the spectacular Perdido Pass views from the comfortable furniture on your own balcony! On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.
Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Fun for all

Only issue we had was lack of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels inside the condo. There were not enough tubes for the lazy river for all the guest. Other than that I love this property. I use to own a unit here.
