Lovely property. Could use some curtains for privacy at night. The "quiet hours" late at night were not enforced-- folks were partying loudly at all hours. And the "no loud music" rule at the pools/ lazy river was never enforced-- every third person had their own portable speaker blasting. The exercise room is really good with plenty of equipment. Overall, the building seemed well- maintained.

Past, Present, and Future vacation spot!

Great place. Plenty of room for your stuff. Great location. Smart TVs. Large Lazy river. Indoor pool/hot tubs. Ice maker. Near great restaurants. Water rentals close by. Same level Parking as condo unit. We made 2 more future reservations here.

Another successful stay at Phoenix on the Bay!

We’ve stayed at Phoenix on the Bay I and II over the years when coming into town to visit family. This year we had 8 of us of varying ages and this unit was perfect for all of us. Loved the higher floor and the breathtaking view. We (mostly) had everything we needed during our stay-would have liked some more basic amenities like toilet paper or wine glasses. All in all, it was a great stay!

Great grounds and value $

Our family really enjoyed our time at this condo, it was spacious, clean for the most part, carpet throughout which was a pain, for 12 occupants including some children, the carpet is too much to keep up and wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, luckily I had brought some cleaner and scrubbed some nasty spots out that had been covered with chairs. Common grounds and amenities in mint condition. Had trouble with my key cards to the condo, we were locked out for the first couple of days due to a faulty key pad. Washer was loud and out of balance, they came try to fix it, but no success. Check in was at 4pm, we arrived at about 1:30 and asked if it was possible to check in early and they said they would “text me when the unit was ready” to go ahead and hang out by the pool, but that never happened. I know the unit was ready and not occupied but they would not allow us in any earlier than 4pm. Also, check out was at 10am, we were denied late check out, they are too strict about their schedule...overall a good experience, I would stay in this building again, but perhaps a different unit would be better.
