Enticing and pleasing neutral tones decorate this 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom condominium that sleeps ten and is located away from the elevator and pool on the 9th floor of Phoenix XI.

·         Flat screen televisions are located in all bedrooms as well as the living area

·         Full size washer and dryer in condo

·         Living area has a sofa queen sleeper

·         Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances

·         Wet bar has an ice maker

·         Dining area has a table that seats six and the kitchen bar seats four

·         King size bed and balcony access in the master bedroom

·         Jacuzzi tub with separate shower and double vanity in the master bathroom

·         Balcony is tiled and has chairs for seating to look at the beautiful gulf front view





On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Great getaway!

Wonderful overall. + Location to beach! + walkout patio with great seating overlooking the Gulf + master bedroom is huge + nice amenities; indoor pickleball on upper floor; small but adequate weightroom + good laundry in condo + comfortable living room with swivel loveseats. + views of the ocean - some light fixtures were not working - 3rd bedroom was a little smaller than depicted We had a nice time and would go back.

pictures not accurate

My only complaint is that the pictures do not accurately reflect the bedding situation. And they do not tell you this until after you book the condo. The bed coverings are only a sheet & very light blanket so if you or your family gets cold, you will need to bring extra. There are light blankets in each closet also but if you get cold, bring a blanket.

August 2021 Trip

We have been visiting this building for years and really enjoy it. We have stayed in other units but this was our first time staying in 905. It's beautifully decorated. The only negative was the ice machines. One wasn't working while the other had lots of mold and needed to be cleaned. We reported this upon arrival and when we left at the end of the week it still had not been resolved. There was also an issue with the toilet in the master which they did have a plumber come and fix the same day. The building did provide bags of ice throughout our stay since we couldn't use the ones in the room. We love this building and will continue to visit. Hopefully they get the ice makers up and running for future guest - I did notice on another review before our stay that the same issue was reported.

Pretty View, Some missing amenities

View was great. Check in at Phoenix 10 after hours was a hassle because the employee there was definitely unhappy with life. Ice machine was broken as was coffee machine. Staff helped with replacing the items, but for the price paid, we were left wanting better recompense. Would recommend otherwise though.

Great Condo!!

The condo was amazing! Beautiful space, gorgeous view and easy access to everything! It wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. Cheerios on the floor, needed dusting and a few dirty dishes found, but that had nothing to do with the actual property. But we really enjoyed our stay here. My son cried when it was time to leave! My only suggestion would be to maybe add an electric griddle and waffle iron to the kitchen and a non-stick skillet.

Lovely condo

Enjoyed staying here. Loved that the beach wasn’t overly crowded like some other places. Only complaint was the baking sheets we were going to use were dirty with food on it. Other than that it was a nice place to stay and I would book here again.
