It would be hard to beat this adorable and pleasantly furnished one bedroom and one bathroom condo as an ideal vacation spot for a couple seeking a romantic rendezvous. A sofa, cozy armchair and recliner as well as a stereo system, and a flat screen television and DVD player, are in the spacious living area. In the kitchen a flat top range complements the other major appliances, and you have all of the items you need to cook meals for your significant other. Dine at the nearby glass table which has four chairs. Eating outside during your vacation is a pleasure, so another round table with four chairs is on the balcony, along with breathtaking views of the beach and the water. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a stand with a television set, and a bathroom which has a bathtub and shower combination. *Please note: Phoenix East is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. Great place to stay

Loved the condo. The staff was very friendly! A few of the electrical outlets in the room didn’t work in the living room and bedroom…not a big deal just made charging phones a little inconvenient. Check in for parking pass was expensive and a long wait due to so many checking in at the same time. I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have to pay for parking so I thought that was a little odd. Overall the condo was nice for us. We enjoyed our stay.

left something to be desired

We have stayed perviously at the condos and evrything was great. This condo had a few issues that could easily be avoided.1) 5 or 6 remotes for trying to watch tv is a little much. 2) Sink drain in bathroom was horrible the whole time. Would not drain from morning to night. 3) One pot keurig did not work in kitchen. Required us to make another trip to the store

Wonderful 40th Anniversary get away for just the 2 of us

We loved the condo. Great view. Enjoyed watching boats going thru channel from bay to ocean. We had great weather. Would love to do it again

Nice condo and beach

The condo is nice. The pictures are accurate. The view from the balcony is great. The condo is easy to navigate and pool and beach access is convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay at a Phoenix again.

Beautiful place, very clean, and right on the beach!

This place was perfect! Very clean and views are exceptional form the 14th floor. Ice machine down stairs which is nice! Indoor pool was perfect as we had two raining days! Condo employees were very pleasant. All around great stay!

Great views from the 14th floor!

We booked this property at the last minute. The beach views were amazing, and we could see the boats going in and out each day. Condo was clean and as described/pictured. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
