The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare some local seafood or just enjoy takeout pizza. Bring your favorite K-cups for the Keurig. And the outdoor grills are waiting for Dad to cook up some steaks. You will need your own charcoal and lighter.
The bedroom and the 65-inch flat screen televisions have live streaming availability using your own preferred Netflix, Hulu, etc., accounts, and enhanced WIFI is included. Everyone raves about the comfy recliners in the living room.
Master bedroom has brand new furniture featuring a king size bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room is well suited for a small child or two. Full size washer/dryer will handle all of those beach towels that you bring along.
All bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided. A small startup package of a roll of toilet paper, paper towel, hand and bath soap, dish soap and powder are provided as well.
This property has so many amenities you’ll wonder what to do next. A fenced in splash pad is great for youngsters ages 2-10. Indoor/outdoor swimming pools, tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, and basketball courts, indoor fitness room, sauna, to say nothing of the pure white sugar sand beach. Phoenix V is very popular wit families!!! The outdoor balcony provides for reading a good book or a meal overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Glorious sunrise/sunsets and dolphins at play make for perfect photography. Make sure your phone is always charged and ready.
If you should find the need to venture off the beach, there is plenty of charter fishing and dolphin trips, golf courses, a brand-new zoo, the park at OWA, and the Tanger Outlet Mall for some serious shopping. Restaurants to satisfy even the fussiest eater abound!
Parking space # 73 in the lower covered parking deck is included with this unit. Why park in the hot sun and rain if you don’t have to? You will need to purchase a $50 parking pass and amenity wristband (s) from the HOA desk when you arrive that is valid for the duration of your stay.
