This beautiful condo is located in a prime location Orange Beach. It is right next door to Flora-Bama, world famous beachside bar and restaurant.

Enjoy a second floor unit that is literally steps away from the beach, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and sand. This unit is located right across from stairwell giving you quick and easy access to the indoor amenities just below. Elevators are also available a few steps away.

The condo itself is spacious and well-appointed. It can sleep 10 people in three bedrooms. One master with a king bed, one guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a second guest bedroom with two full beds. It also has two bathrooms and a large living area with new furniture and pull out queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare a meal and features newly painted wood cabinets. The master bedroom has its own access to balcony with stunning views of the ocean.

The condo also has a number of amenities that will make your stay enjoyable. There are two large pools, one indoor and one new outdoor pool with water features. There are also three indoor hot tubs, a large updated grill area and outdoor dining area, and an indoor basketball/racquetball court. The boardwalk to the beach is short giving you quick beach access.

Walking distance to a few restaurants including Ole River Grill, Flora Bama Yacht Club, Waffle house and of course the famous Flora Bama right next door complete with beach bar access from the beach!
