Live your best life at the beach! Perdido Quay 501 is a 5th-floor corner condo in a low-density complex that can sleep up to six people. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom vacation rental is one of three units on the fifth floor of this gulf facing Orange Beach property.

If it is your goal to find a home away from home look no further. Designed with pure relaxation in mind Perdido Quay 501 has everything you need to have the perfect getaway. No detail has been left untouched in the living room which has a flat-screen TV and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect traditional seafood meal. It won?t be hard to feel the island vibes in this coastal inspired vacation rental. --------

Enjoy the comfort of the king bed in the primary bedroom after the day is done. You could even slide the balcony door open to let the sound of the waves rolling in drift you off to a peaceful sleep. The bathroom has a large sink area and a tub shower combination. The second bedroom is spacious and has a cozy king bed. There is also another full guest bathroom with a tub shower combination. Master Bedroom has a flat screen television with cable access as well as free WiFi through out the unit.

There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Perdido Quay has an outdoor pool and private beach access to the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit.

This is a non-smoking property. No pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Monthly rentals are allowed October thru February 1st only.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Filthy

The condo was extremely dirty to the point we could not even go without shoes. The counters were dirty, floors filthy and there was a very awful odor that smelled like fish the entire time we were there. We called the management and was told we would receive a call back the next day. We never heard from them again for 5 days, the day before we left they finally called and apologized and offered to clean the condo then. Completely unacceptable. We will NEVER again book anything that Young's Suncoast Vacation is managing. We were so disappointed we had driven 17 hours and spent almost $3,000 to live in filth and odor for the week.
