Welcome to Casa de Sol, a charming two-story coastal retreat nestled in the sought-after Summer Salt community of Orange Beach. This spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bath home offers 1,500 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space and comfortably hosts up to 9 guests—ideal for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and effortless coastal style.

On the first floor, you'll find an inviting living area and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals—or for enjoying local takeout from the many nearby restaurants. Step onto the private balcony overlooking the community's largest lake and unwind in a peaceful, scenic setting. A full bathroom on this level adds extra convenience.

All three bedrooms are en-suite and located upstairs, providing privacy and comfort for every guest. Additional features include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Public beach access at Romar Beach is less than a mile away, making it easy to enjoy sun-filled days on the shoreline. Casa de Sol is also within walking distance of popular local favorites like Live Bait, Beachside Mini Golf, The Ruby Slipper Café, and Doc's Seafood.

Your stay is enhanced by Summer Salt's fantastic resort-style amenities, including a zero-entry pool, putting green, and fire pit —everything you need for a relaxing and memorable coastal getaway. Please note that Summer Salt Pool is closed seasonally November 1st - March 1st yearly.

- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed + private bathroom access

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed it, peace and quiet. Only two things we were a little put off when asked if home could be shown to a potential buyer. Was not aware home was for sale and we were not comfortable with this being from out of town and all our personal belongings there in the home. And day before checkout, felt like we were being pushed out the door before checkout time. We have NEVER abused any place we have stayed at when booked, we’ve never abused check in or check out time.

Great property, not close to beach access

We loved our stay at Sandy Dawn. The house was great! The pool was very nice. The only reason we are giving this an overall of 4 stars is because the location to the beach access isn't exactly as stated in description. You have to walk quite a ways to get to the beach and then cross 4 extremely busy lanes of traffic to get to the public beach access. Not safe if traveling with small children and packing beach equipment. It would take you at least 25 minutes if walking to get to the beach. Just FYI. But we drove to the beach and it was fine, it's $10 for the day parking. Otherwise we were so pleased with our stay and had a great time!

Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sandy Dawn. The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed the water views and access to the pool. Management was very responsive, and check-in was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend.

Our family had the best time. This is a great location and the house was beautiful. The property manager was very quick to answer the couple of questions that we had. We would definitely go back if in the Orange Beach area.

Pro’s - The location is good and the neighborhood is nice. The house itself is roomy and was clean. Con’s - The WiFi router didn’t work for the entire stay so TV wasn’t even an option. At first we were told by the host to call the internet provider on our own. Then we were told it would be 2-3 days. They never showed up. Never a mention of a partial refund or adjustment, just sorry about the inconvenience!! Personally I think if you spend thousands of dollars on a property and it’s without a major amenity it should be addressed. We had zero service inside the house! Also, the mattresses throughout the house are cheap and very uncomfortable. Also better like stairs. All bedrooms are up 2 flights of stairs. Other than that it was a great stay, just wanted to warn the following occupants of the possible problems.

Amazing!

I can't say enough good things about this place! Clean! Beautiful! Superb location! Easy communication via email and text messages. Beach and pool access! A pond to enjoy while drinking your morning cup of coffee! Beach items available for use in the outside closet! Covered space to park your vehicle! Everything we needed was in the house from luggage racks to hangers! My family of six thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wish it

We wish we would have called sooner about the water in the house being cold. The only other disappointment was the pool was freezing even the kids was to cold to swim in it. I guess the check out time could be later as well 10am is just hard 2hen you have a group
