Welcome to the Gulf of Mexico! The gorgeous view from this two-bedroom, two-bath condo will not disappoint! From the living area, with its earthy, soothing tones, you can bask in the sunlight and sparkles from the water.

o A sofa, recliner and two side chairs ensure plenty of seating.

o A glass-topped table will be perfect for snacks, and a flat screen tv will entertain.

o The master bedroom features a king bed and rattan furnishings that include two nightstands and lamps, as well as a dresser and flat screen tv. This room has an entrance to the balcony for more of those stellar views.

o The master bath has a vanity area and shower/tub combination.

o The second bedroom offers two full beds and nightstand plus a dresser and chair and a tv in a wicker etergere.

o The second bath has a shower/tub combination.

o In your fully-equipped kitchen you'll find a bar with two stools as well as black appliances and everything you need for cooking up some delicious seafood.

o A dining nook holds a table with seating for four.

o Your gulf-front balcony has plenty of seating so the whole group can gather at day's end for a stunning sunset.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Nice decor but unclean

The condo was cute but once we began moving our personal items into our kitchen, bath and bed rooms, it appeared that the unit was not cleaned well. The kitchen counter was very dirty! We had to use 5 Clorox wipes!!! The rug in the bathroom was filthy!!! We rolled it up and put it aside! The shower curtain had mold on it; I had to wipe it clean. The sheets on one of the beds had stains and the dust ruffle on the master bed was almost completely torn off on one side. Being with family was fun and the trip was enjoyable and memorable but this place needs to be cleaned up! I was really surprised because with the scare of COVID and the extra charges for cleaning, I thought it would have been cleaned better!

Wonderful Condo

We found this condo to be super cute and spacious. We have stayed at this Phoenix before and so far this has been our favorite unit. Great location, not too far away from the elevator and close to stairs. Amazing view from the balcony. Wonderful pools. We had a really great time and definitely marked this property as a favorite.
