Welcome to Sugar Beach 340, your luxurious retreat by the Gulf in Orange Beach. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo offers a perfect space to unwind and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves. The unit features tile flooring throughout for a cool and refreshing feel. Each bedroom includes its own TV for private relaxation. The Primary bedroom boasts a King-sized bed, while the first guest bedroom has two Twin beds, and the second and third guest bedrooms each offer a King-sized bed. Additional sleeping space is available with a Full-sized sleeper sofa in the living area.

Step outside to the beachfront balcony and enjoy stunning Gulf views as you sip your morning coffee or unwind at sunset. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything needed to prepare and share delicious meals. A washer and dryer are conveniently included to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

***Sugar Beach is undergoing elevator modernization project currently. During this period, only one elevator is planned to be operational in the building.

Sugar Beach offers a family-friendly Gulf-front experience with three swimming pools including a kiddie pool, three shaded gazebos, picnic tables, the Sugar Shack snack bar, BBQ grills, tennis courts, and free WiFi throughout the property to keep you connected.

Parking:
Parking passes are required, limited to 2 per reservation. Passes are purchased onsite from the security guard for $35 each (cash only).

Ok condo-terrible parking only 2 cars allowed

Very old. Plumber had to remove toilet for repair. Parking garage very small. Only two cars allowed only one elevator working Had to request more towels. Trash goes in dumpster on the opposite side of the complex. Would not stay here again.

The location of the property is great. The beach is clean and beautiful. That's the great part of our stay.The property itself is very old and not well kept. The buildings are filthy and there was only one elevator the entire week for all buildings. Checking in/out with a family load of things was a pain and the wait for an elevator was 20-30 minutes with just 3 floors. The apartment was even filthier. There was dust everywhere on surfaces. Cockroaches were very prevalent in the unit. Everything was very aged. Paint was chipped or missing and there were pieces of ceiling missing or sagging. There some black mold on the cabinets by the dryer. The dryer vented into the unit. The internet connection was horrible. One of my kids had a job interview while there and was not able to do a video call.For the price that we paid per night, this was theft. The property management should be ashamed. We won't go back and I beg you to save your money and look elsewhere.

A little lacking

Dated. Some broken furniture pieces. None of the “niceties” usually found in a condo stay - no hairdryer, coffee filters, salt and pepper, extra roll of paper towels and toilet paper. The corners and edges of the rooms and the laundry closet needed some serious cleaning. We also shared space with palmetto bugs - yuck.
